Good location and attractive building. Friendly reception staff. Comfortable bed. As described by other visitors breakfast was not value for money. Overall pleasant but not particularly welcoming atmosphere. Eco refills don’t fit well in their containers so not easy to access the contents when needed.

Look no further - beautiful place to stay in Toledo. Got the deluxe room and it was worth the extra money. There was a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. Quiet area of city, but convenient to walk around. Loved it!

Beautiful hotel!! Located in a prime location all sites within walking distance. The only complaint I have was the noise coming from the construction directly across from our bedroom window. We raised our concerned to the front desk but nothing was done about it since it happened for the two days we were there. The city of Toledo does not allow any construction to begin before 0800. I would most differently stay here again just not on that side of the hotel.

Es en el mejor hotel en el que me he quedado. Por ser Europa no siempre encuentro habitaciones para 4 personas; este hotel está increíblemente amplio, con una cama king, dos individuales y dos baños!!! Súper cómodo y bonito ! Además te regalar un tour con guía por Toledo! Excelente servicio en serio!
