Good location and attractive building. Friendly reception staff. Comfortable bed. As described by other visitors breakfast was not value for money. Overall pleasant but not particularly welcoming atmosphere. Eco refills don’t fit well in their containers so not easy to access the contents when needed.

The property is well-maintained and located in a convenient area. One consideration for travelers: if you're arriving early in the morning—especially from an international flight—it's important to know that early check-in is generally not available here. The 3pm check-in time appears to be strictly followed. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer guidance or suggestions for guests arriving before check-in hours. The lobby offers seating for those waiting.

Lovely place

Look no further - beautiful place to stay in Toledo. Got the deluxe room and it was worth the extra money. There was a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. Quiet area of city, but convenient to walk around. Loved it!

No me ha gustado el precio del parking de 27€ día ante la imposibilidad de otras opciones. Tampoco me ha gustado que acepten mascotas.

Hotel had character. Staff super friendly and helpful. Area was quiet and so close to El Greco Museum and other historic buildings which was excellent.

Apart from a noticeable hole in the fitted sheet and a bathroom sink that would not drain properly, mine was a pleasant stay. I ask for another room and it was granted.

The rooms were clean, but we found it a little cramp.

Quiet side of Toledo. Get your knives and swords and armour nearby. Parking 21E/day. Food in vacinity is short a star or two. Contains no evidence of greenery.

Beautiful hotel!! Located in a prime location all sites within walking distance. The only complaint I have was the noise coming from the construction directly across from our bedroom window. We raised our concerned to the front desk but nothing was done about it since it happened for the two days we were there. The city of Toledo does not allow any construction to begin before 0800. I would most differently stay here again just not on that side of the hotel.

Es en el mejor hotel en el que me he quedado. Por ser Europa no siempre encuentro habitaciones para 4 personas; este hotel está increíblemente amplio, con una cama king, dos individuales y dos baños!!! Súper cómodo y bonito ! Además te regalar un tour con guía por Toledo! Excelente servicio en serio!

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente, pero lo que realmente la hizo especial fue la amabilidad y atención del personal. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos bienvenidos, y cada interacción fue cordial y profesional. Queremos destacar especialmente a una persona del equipo de recepción que, al ver que teníamos dificultades para encontrar un restaurante cercano (las indicaciones de Google Maps no eran claras), no dudó en acompañarnos personalmente hasta la puerta del local. Este gesto, más allá de lo esperado, demuestra una orientación al cliente verdaderamente excepcional y un compromiso genuino con el bienestar de los huéspedes. Agradecemos sinceramente esta actitud, que refleja los valores de un servicio de alta calidad. Sin duda, volveremos y recomendaremos este hotel por su calidez humana y dedicación.
