茶厂遗产酒店

The hotel is located up the hill, 4km hilly drive to the main road. Good thing is it's very secluded, all quiet and tranquil in the middle of some small villages and tea farms. Bad thing is you won't want to go out at all. The hotel is very vintage colonial stage, well pre-served from its tea factory days. The hotel also organized tea picking activity (paid separately) where you get to pick your own tea leaves and they will give you the processed pack when you check out. There is also a 2 hour nature walk tour around the property which is also nice. We had high tea in the afternoon in the lobby, good value and nice savory and sweets. We also had dinner at the resturant, price is okay but food is not exceptional. Remember to bring smart casual clothing (no shorts or slipper) to enter the restaurant. Service is good but I somehow get a sense that they are used to serving high-end client and I feel funny dressing up like a casual traveller.

Spend more than 200 dollars to get a room that window view full of scaffolding and a big chimney! Thank you so much,really a wonderful vocation ! Never come here again! 花了超過兩百美金一晚換來了一個滿是鷹架跟一隻大煙囪的窗景？窗戶還無法打開！這真的是太美好了，我絕對不會再來，千萬別來

由1972年舊茶廠房改建而成的酒店,房間不大但舒適,有暖氣, 員工有些沒有經驗, 餐廳有氣分.

My fiance and I stayed at the Hotel for my birthday. The Hotel provided a free upgrade to us and prepared a birthday cake for me at breakfast! A total surprise! Impressive! There are a range of tours which you may join at the Hotel - and we picked the tea plucking class which we enjoyed very much. The surrounding environment is unbeatable - with leveled tea fields surrounding the Hotel. Would very much like to come back for another stay!

酒店所在的区域较偏僻，连着几片茶田的山头，可惜是正面的山下村屋渐多，有些茶田被开垦种其他农作物，有点破坏。酒店食物水准不错，推荐来下午茶。

We spent two nights here. Although it is not luxurious, the history, ambience and service more than make up for it. It is 17km or 30 min from downtown so be prepare for that.

We enjoyed the stay as an unique experience in the Tea producing area of Sri Lanka. Do NOT expect your usual 5-star hotel space though as the layout of the hotel reserved the original factory structure, so the rooms are small (3-4 star standard). But the surrroundings and the services the hotel provides are magnificent.

It's impressive for the traditional stuff for a tea factory. It would be better if more time slots for us to choose to join different activities.

Historic building but personally felt some modernization could be done without compromising the aesthetic qualities for example automate closing of the elevator doors. Also the access path to the property should be widened and resurfaced for safety reasons. Beautiful gardens and friendly helpful staff are redeeming features

かなり山の中にあるので、行く道が少し不安になりましたがホテルに到着すると内装が素敵でテンションが上がります。スタッフの方も皆さん親切で、色々説明してくださりとても感じが良いです。夕食は電車のカートの中で食べれるコースメニューを予約していただきましたが、駅員の格好をしたスタッフが食堂車で食べているような演出をしてくれてとても楽しいのでおすすめです。周りな何もなくホテルを楽しむかたちですが、色々なアクティビティが用意されているので十分楽しめます。

設備に古さが見え隠れする施設ですが、スタッフはとても親切です。

3日間のホテル滞在を ゆったりと過ごすことができる良いホテルです Tea Plucking 体験は 有意義な時間でしたが、Tea Tasting は正直 何を体験したのか不思議な時間でした 4種の異なる紅茶を飲んで 説明を聞く40分で 情報的には Tea Pluckingとかぶる部分も多かったので もう一工夫あると感じ方も異なったかと思いました

La struttura e' bellissima essendo una vecchia fabbrica di the convertita in hotel. Il personale si presenta bene, in divisa locale. Tuttavia avrei da fare alcuni appunti. Non e' un 5 stelle secondo gli standard cui sono abituati gli europei. L'hotel si presenta come ecosostenibile, ma c'era una gran dispersione di calore, visti gli spifferi di aria che c'erano in camera. La qualita' della colazione e' molto discutibile. I prodotti non sono propriamente freschi, soprattutto circa i dolci. Ci siamo ritrovati gli stessi dolci che venivano venduti al bar il giorno. Abbiamo preso un cappuccino ed un caffe' americano, ma abbiamo dovuto pagarli a parte. Le uniche bevande incluse erano succhi confezionati pieni di zucchero. Il personale era molto gentile. Il ragazzo del bar e' stato veramente molto carino. Solo uno del personale non ci e' piaciuto. Girava ai tavoli col qr code dell'hotel per chiedere una recensione, ma restava vicino per leggere il giudizio che veniva dato. L'hotel e' veramente molto bello, ma sarebve stato piu' bello se le attivita' organizzate non terminassero tutte entro le 16.00 o max 17.00. La maggior parte degli ospiti si fermava li solo per una notte e col check in alle 14.30 non avevi il tempo di organizzarti e prenotare un'attivita'.
