I can't say enough. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions with a smile. Every meal was delicious. The sculptures were out of this world. Thank you for am unique experience!

Sono stati scortesi per il transfer da e per l’hotel. Nonostante avessimo inviato tutti i dettagli (orario di arrivo alla stazione del treno e da dove siamo partiti) non ci hanno confermato il pick up perché non avevamo ricevuto via messaggistica di hotels.com il numero del treno (che avevamo inviato). Non ci hanno contattati se non per scriverci che non avrebbero confermato il servizio. Il personale in loco è cortese, ma la struttura è disorganizzata e dispersiva. La lobby non è pensata per confort di chi dorme nelle ice rooms. Per il resto tutto ok bellissima esperienza, ristorante e colazione top
