Ice Hotel

I can't say enough. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions with a smile. Every meal was delicious. The sculptures were out of this world. Thank you for am unique experience!

Love that it provides free winter suit n gloves n boots to hotel guests and not to mention free entry to their ice 365.

I stayed in a warm room. it was clean, comfortable, large, warm.

Warm room is not really warm, temperature at night was 20 °C and we have to wear base layer to sleep.

Such an experience! Second time to go and was still magical. Did the dog sled in the afternoon and the snow mobile Aurora trip. Amazing!!

This hotel is definitely a bucket list experience. Staying in a cold room is a must. Staff are so lovely and Kiruna and surrounding areas are beautiful

Fantastic experience! The staff was above and beyond the best! Very friendly, informative, helpful in every way. The ice hotel experience was something I will never forget! The coolest experience ever! I highly recommend this adventure and I would love to come back to this area again maybe in the summer next time.

Everything was amazing! The room was icy cold. The only thing I would say is that you can’t access your bed from 8:30-6pm. We got an extra normal room so we can Lounge around in. You have a back area with shower and bathroom and two chairs to sit in from 8:30-6 but it was nice to have somewhere you can sleep in in. But overall amazing once in a life time experience

Stayed in a cold room. Outstanding experience. The artwork in each room is fantastic.

I paid $1,200 for one night’s stay for myself and my daughters. The artistry is amazing. However, the service was terrible. Nobody helps you with your bags. Nobody tells you where your room is. Nobody greets you. We had to drag our luggage all over the place trying to guess where our room was. They cater to the tours. They advertise “check in and out” times, which aren’t correct. You can “check in” but cannot take possession of your room until approximately 6pm. You can “check out” at approximately 11am, but you have to be out of your room at 8am so they can clean for tours. When asking for information, we were pointed to a QR Code and told to watch it. The resort was neat to see, but that is a considerable amount of money for one night to not be treated well. Nothing was complimentary, not even coffee in the morning. I would recommend touring the property, but I would not recommend staying. We looked forward to this stay for over a year and were greatly disappointed due to the lack of service.
