I loved everything about this hotel except for the breakfast! Not very many choices in the breakfast and especially for a vegetarian! It was centrally located where should could walk and see all of old town! Bus station is hardly 100 feet.

Quaint and so close to downtown. We would stay here again!!

The staff were friendly and the facility was very clean. Lots of dining options and shopping nearby.

Helpful staff and a very nice, clean hotel. Conveniently located close to the city center and just a short walk from the train station. Parking is available at the metro parking for €26 with hotel validation (from 5 PM to 8 AM). Overall, a clean and comfortable stay—highly recommend!

It was very clean. Everything is modern and worked well. The bed was comfy and we had no complaints . It has been rebuilt and refurbished behind an original facade to make the rooms as efficient both in terms of use of space and looking after. Only 8 mins walk from Central Train Station if you exit in the right place from the underground walkway at the

The hotel is fine, very conveniently located. One thing that is not true is the parking - they do not have one. We did have an issue with hot water for 5 days in a row. They finally fixed that problem, but not the water pressure, which is almost non existent. They did give us free breakfast and took one night off the bill

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Bern! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and plenty of storage space for clothing. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Bern's charming Old City, making it easy to explore all the sights. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bern—you won’t be disappointed!

The Best Western brand name attracted me to this hotel. Finding the brand name from the street was a bit tricky. One this was sorted out, my stay was super.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Bern. Very convenient for walking to all of the sites and museums we wanted to see. Parking at Metro was convenient and undercover. The area had had a deluge of snow before our arrival so any street parking was not possible. I would suggest booking dinner in advance as is was quite difficult getting in at the better restaurants in the area

The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well. The is a market just doors down from the hotel and you can get almost anything you could need there.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town Bern with easy walk to train station with luggage. Nice clean rooms - whole hotel seemed very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar - views were amazing (part of the reason I booked this place). Great breakfast. I would stay here again.
