卢塞恩中心酒店

酒店離琉森車站只需要3－5分鐘路程，去附近主要景點亦係步行可到達，非常方便。附近環境不算嘈雜和感覺好安全，附近好多超市亦是步行5－10分鐘可以到達。前台和餐廳員工極度有善，餐廳(交誼廳)24小時開放，有咖啡機，飲用水，生果，微波爐，你亦可以隨時在餐廳食自己帶去的食物，整體非常滿意。

離火車站與景點超近的溫馨Ｂ＆Ｂ，床鋪十分舒服，早餐也相當美味

Small hotel reception only available till 10 pm, but we got warm welcome when check in and the reception lady very nice to introduce the must check points to us. We got upgraded so room is a bit bigger , window can open which very Europe style. Room are tidy and clean, bed also comfortable. Breakfast area are clean and service normal Europe style breakfast which is good enough. Will recommend for a short stay here and only within 5 mins walk to train station

這次入住單人房，剛好房間的位置面向內園，夏天八月太陽一直照到下午八點多，房間沒有空調，只有一把風扇，所以下午再房間裏會覺得熱。前台接待員行親切，早餐不錯，地段非常好。

Perfect location! Reception is very thoughtful and try their best to assist any question we have. Hotel building is not the newest but they maintain very well, and overall ambience makes us feel warm and comfortable. Definitely will come again!

Location is perfect, 2 mins walk from station. Staffs are friendly and the room is kinda comfortable. Everything is alright, if they can include more variety on breakfast would be more decent

The room allocated was not the one shown in the picture when i booked the hotel. The staff said a couple was coming and so he couldnt hange the room for me. Corridor was dark and fill with cleaning carts which was dangerous. Different from other floors, the light in the corridor of 5th floor was a sensitive one, it wouldnt turn on if you was not standing in the corridor which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. No kettle in the room and i needed to go to restaurant floor for hot water, but the water was not hot enough. Totally bad and i really hope a refund.

Great location to central train station, markets and city attractions. Room is not big, but is clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Especially the lounge is available 24/7, offers coffees, tea and fruits, really give a homey feeling and convenience. Really enjoy the stay.

Check was easy and staff was super helpful. Room was clean but small. Breakfast was good.
