房價過高也跟期望有落差 沒有冰箱，早餐沒有變化

There were a few ants as we were on the ground floor, it was also the first room at the hallway and it was a bit noisy when other people are walking past our room.

Nice staff. The environment is very quiet and comfortable and the room is cozy. But not many choices for breakfast.

瑞士小屋的裝修很美麗，外圍有一個花園，很適合拍照。員工也不錯，可幫忙保管行李。另外，住宿會提供早餐，非常方便。唯住閣樓需要自行搬行李上一層樓梯，而其他樓層也有電梯的。

電子レンジが自由に使えるのがとても良かった。 新しい施設ではなかったけど、とても清潔感があった。

1층 객실은 도로 주변과 맞닿아 있어서 소음 문제가 있을 수 있어요.

This was a great place. Loved it.

This was amazing we got to ski and hike. We stayed the week of Easter 2026. The most perfect time of year to be able to do both.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable especially Max who has helped us with our online train tickets. Room was clean and cozy. I recommend to have a different breakfast menu each day so guest have variety. Overall, our stay in Hotel Chalet was terrific.

This was an excellent hotel in a great location just outside of the business of Interlaken. Five min walk to the Main Street. Great breakfast and staff were excellent. Especially Maximilian on reception. Such a friendly young man who welcomed us and provided excellent service. Very dog friendly hotel.

Clean room, staff is friendly but does the bare minimum. Felt much more like a budget hotel than I had assumed

Very creaky and therefore noisy

Decent location. Not too far from train bars and shopping. Room okay but not modern. Breakfast average.

Very friendly saff but we needed to go different building for breakfast and all food was located in very narrow carridor instead of the dinning room. It was crowded and didn’t look hygienic. I am very sorry but this not what I expected from hotel in Switzerland. I choose that place based on photos which are very beautiful. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our family Christmas trip and this was the biggest disappointment even the staff was excellent. I think they have to be more clear what to expect from the hotel to get the right customers. It should be budget hotel because restrictions of the buildings design. I would also recommend renovation. We enjoyed the stay but we will choose different hotel in the future.
