Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent.

1. Una de las cosas que se debe mejorar en la habitación es el sistema de calefacción, era deficiente, por lo menos habian buenas mantas para arroparse 2.Otra cosa importante si te alojas en el tercer piso debes subir del segundo piso al tercero en escalera, lo deberían colocar en el anuncio de como es el hotel. 3. El desayuno pudiera ser mejor si agregan alguna proteina caliente solo habia huevo, pero si agregaran salchichas o bacon seria mas surtidos

Room was quite basic considering the price but this is a challenge in Switzerland in general too. Quite dated. Also we had a small child with us and they didn’t have a bed but remained insistent that we pay a hefty surcharge to keep the child in the room, saying the toddler may eat a lot of food at breakfast.

So noisy because there’s construction outside. The workers start the job each morning at 7am. The breakfast is not good. Overall I won’t come back with the price I paid.

Loved this property. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. My only warning ⚠️ was that there was no air conditioning, and I had to kill a few spiders 🕷️ that got into the room. If you stay here in the summer, be prepared for the heat, since there is only a small fan in the room.

The room was dark, stuffy, and out-dated. In an active heatwave, the room was unbearable to sleep in. The free Toblerones that were provided melted in the room before we got in. We asked for an extra fan but were told none were available. The bathroom was small and had poor water pressure. Amenities were basically non-existent. The lack of a mini fridge/mini bar was troubling, and even though our room was above the wet bar, it was never open and we could not ask for ice cubes to get through the heat wave. We also called the reception for extra facial tissues and toilet paper, and received a response that someone would be up shortly — no one ever showed. The bedsheets felt unclean, and we found “black specks” on the duvets that we did not use due to the heat. A large portion of the TV channels were unavailable. We were told by the receptionist at check in that breakfast is available from 6 AM to 10 AM. However, when we showed up at 6:10 AM, nothing was set up, so we never got to enjoy the breakfast to properly rate it. Reception was overall unhelpful. The only positive thing that comes to mind is that it had somewhat of a stable wifi, which we did not even get to use a lot of. Lastly, CHF 40 (approx. USD 50) was being charged for 45 mins late check out (11:45am).

1. Una de las cosas que se debe mejorar en la habitación es el sistema de calefacción, era deficiente, por lo menos habian buenas mantas para arroparse 2.Otra cosa importante si te alojas en el tercer piso debes subir del segundo piso al tercero en escalera, lo deberían colocar en el anuncio de como es el hotel. 3. El desayuno pudiera ser mejor si agregan alguna proteina caliente solo habia huevo, pero si agregaran salchichas o bacon seria mas surtidos

Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent.

Room was quite basic considering the price but this is a challenge in Switzerland in general too. Quite dated. Also we had a small child with us and they didn’t have a bed but remained insistent that we pay a hefty surcharge to keep the child in the room, saying the toddler may eat a lot of food at breakfast.
