Ok but below expectation. Furniture are so old and the room felt like a 2,3 stars hotel. The location is great, just across street from the station, and easy access to the town by walk or metro. Good breakfast!

Das Personal war das Einzige, was in diesem Hotel positiv aufgefallen ist. Ansonsten war ich sehr enttäuscht – angefangen beim Geruch bis hin zum Zustand des Zimmers (Ausstattung, Sauberkeit usw.). Ich habe Fotos gemacht, damit mein Eindruck nachvollziehbar ist.
Das Hotel wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig. Vieles roch unangenehm, war veraltet oder beschädigt. Dadurch habe ich mich während des Aufenthalts nicht besonders wohlgefühlt.
Der freundliche Herr an der Rezeption hat nach einiger Zeit auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und nachgefragt, was mit dem Zimmer nicht in Ordnung sei. Daraufhin haben wir ihm die Bilder gezeigt, die wir zuvor online gesehen hatten, sowie Fotos unseres tatsächlichen Zimmers. Er bot uns ein anderes Zimmer an, das jedoch ebenfalls keine deutliche Verbesserung darstellte. Aufgrund eines wichtigen Termins konnten wir die Situation nicht weiter klären.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Zusammenarbeit des Hotels mit einem Parkhaus. Nach dem Check-in erhält man entsprechende Informationen zur Nutzung.
