Just in front of the Lausanne station. Great location to give an easy access to everywhere.
The only disappointment was that when checking in, one of the staff told that he would bring the Lausanne Passport Card (free pass for transportation for tourists) to my room in 5 minutes but he never appeared.
As it was not necessarily necessary for me, I did not remind him to bring it, but I was kept waiting in the room.

Closest possible hotel to the train station. Very convenient. The staff were great, they were able to answer every question I asked.

Location is excellent - stone’s throw from main station and metro station.
Room was compact and clean and I slept well each night. There was a coffee capsule machine plus a variety of tea bags.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choices to suit all diets.
Also, the hotel has a large well-equipped gym on the 1st floor.
The hotel provided a transport card - very very useful. Thank you.
I will stay here again.

The property itself was good and conveniently located near the train station. It was noisy at night though . The windows could have been double glazed to avoid the street noise at night

Fantastic hotel close to Lausanne HB. Friendly and helpful staff. The room big and comfortable. Large bathroom with double basin. Walk-in wardrobe had plenty of room for luggage and clothes with his and her section. Very comfortable. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful team on the front desk. Extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Great location across from the station and 20yds from the metro which was free due to the free travel pass from the hotel. It also gave us a discount on the ferry across the lake to france

The most awesome part of the hotel was the staff. The night staff, Michele and his assistant, were incredibly helpful with our questions about the rail systems. This was our first experience with swiss railways and they were patient and helpful with each of our inquiries.
The location could not be more convenient to the rail station and restaurants.

Location in front of train station. Staff was friendly & helpfull. The elevator was under construction. Rooms rug looked dirty.
They gave us a room that was behind a city construction and they started to work at 7:40 am. They didn't advise when checked in.

Great position across the road from the train station. I had read a few reviews about rude staff. This could not be further from our experience. Everybody was super friendly and especially Gabriel at the front desk who went over and above with assistance during our stay.

Right in front of the train station. I arrived very late - 1:30am! The front desk was very helpful, reassuring when I called worried that they will let go of my room. Easy check in, clean and simple room. An excellent location, 30 seconds from the station!

Was a little hassle to park in front and unload luggage from the car- but that not the hotel fault. We should've come by train.
