乾淨，房間小但是非常實用桌子大好用，且咖啡茶備品齊全。最重要是地點太好了。

Arrived late and reception insisted that my room type is a double instead of a twin, only to realise he made a mistake and apologised because he had a long day. Quite difficult to move luggage to the room as there are steps to get to the elevator. Elevators are very small. Bathroom is constantly wet due to the design of the shower. There is no fridge in the room. Very limited amenities. And the TV did not work at all during our stay. You are not able to control the temperature within the room as there is no thermostat. Internet is quite slow. Location of the hotel is only the good part of the stay as it’s closed to many restaurants, to the city centre and also to Zurich HB.

Everything was fine, except for the bed. If you like sleeping on a surface that is as hard as a mexican prison cot, then it's wonderful. Personally, it was so uncomfortable that I wasn't able to sleep at all, so I just left early in the morning instead of sleeping in.

Great location in easy walking distance to the train station. Historic area with lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel is boutique but in great condition. Great staff. Wonderful value. Would stay again.

Unfortunately, I wanted to love this property, but I could not. They gave us a room quickly, which we thought was amazing but only to enter into the room for it to be dirty, we were then able to switch rooms, and this room was better, but still not super clean. There was also no AC and although it was chilly outside, the room was humid and hot. Our first room had two invisible sliding doors for the bathroom so you could see directly in, and that was a bit strange. I would say the best thing about this property was its location and convenience since it was walkable to all major areas.

Localização excelente, muito bem localizada e de fácil acesso a todo tipo de comércio a pé. Um ponto importante também foi o atendimento e suporte da Victoria (Recepção), sempre muito cordial e atenciosa conosco.

The room was very clean and modern. Good size, large bathroom / shower, nice separate living space from the bedroom. I would stay there again

This hotel was in a great location. Close to the train station and old town. The beds were comfortable and the staff was really friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location! Clean rooms and with decent breakfast. The bell in the morning is a bit loud though, which is obviously not the hotel’s fault. Not as bad when you close the windows.

This hotel is fine. The rooms are a bit old and worn, and the breakfast had limited options. I was expecting something nicer for the price. Also very noisy outside with construction work. I was woken up at 5:30am due to outside noise. On the positive side, it is a very convenient location. Staff were helpful.

The location was excellent, the room very charming and cozy, delicious breakfast, everything was fine!!
