Room was very clean and well appointed. Location is excellent with a short walk to the train station and local shopping. Very happy with the hotel.

Convenient location very clean rooms and hotel . Bed linens were absolutely amazing . Staff was extra helpful and very friendly .
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices .
Highly recommended.

Arrived late and reception insisted that my room type is a double instead of a twin, only to realise he made a mistake and apologised because he had a long day. Quite difficult to move luggage to the room as there are steps to get to the elevator. Elevators are very small. Bathroom is constantly wet due to the design of the shower. There is no fridge in the room. Very limited amenities. And the TV did not work at all during our stay. You are not able to control the temperature within the room as there is no thermostat. Internet is quite slow.
Location of the hotel is only the good part of the stay as it’s closed to many restaurants, to the city centre and also to Zurich HB.

The location is excellent, and the staff are commendable. However, the primary concern was the absence of hot water pressure in the shower. Despite multiple requests, the staff appeared unable to resolve the issue. If a hot shower is a priority for your vacation, this is a factor to consider.

Ok so I had high expectations for this hotel, but fist time in my 40+ countries of traveling I’m writing bad review.
Starting with when checking in the staff was not only extremely rude, she was racist. I asked for upgrade after her being rude about me wanting to have nice room with views. I’ve NEVER seen anyone being so mean.
Then they gave me room with no views. Even though I asked to pay for upgrade. Then the glasses were dirty with lip stain on it!!!
The worst part was that the restroom smell of sewage is IN A ROOM. Like when you go to sleep you’d feel it. I genuinely hated every second of being in this hotel, and I don’t recommend. Maybe it was just my luck. But whatever.
