Great location!!!!

Room was very noisy since it faced the main road and a church whose bells would chime constantly . Heating and ac was controlled by reception as there was no controls in the room

Nous avons séjourné en couple dans cet hôtel pour visiter la ville de Zürich. Parfaitement situé et centré, à proximité de tous les principaux sites à visiter. Malgré la rue juste devant, peu de bruit, chambres très bien insonorisées. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner continental avec tout ce qu'il faut. Idéal pour affaires ou pour se promener. Beaucoup de restaurants dans les alentours

The hotel was perfect for our week long stay. Plenty of restaurant options very close by, lots of shopping just over the river, and a very convening location to the train station, Zürich HB. The breakfast was simple but good each morning. Small bar with very few, if any, people drinking at it. The staff is quite attentive and really very nice and helpful. We particularly liked Britney who was there most evenings and always had a warm smile. The rooms are spacious, beds are uncomfortable. The maid service was hit or miss with some doing a great job at cleaning the bathroom, others barely wiped the counter. When we first arrived my MIL was given the wrong room number and key to enter the room which had a man sleeping in the bed. Startling, yes, but quickly resolved. The woman who appeared to be a manager there that made the error did not appreciate us joking about the mistake and would not speak to us the remainder of the trip. My MIL did not mind the show at all! Thank goodness the rest of the staff was pleasant. Overall the hotel was a lovely, centrally located stay.

So jetzt reicht es mir! Beim 1.ten Aufenthalt war es schon bezüglich der Sauberkeit eine absolute Katastrophe, allerdings wurde dort dann gehandelt und wenigstens ein anteiliger Refund erstattet. Jetzt denkt man sich, geben wir dem Hotel eine zweite Chance. Und was nun? Gleiche widerwärtige hygienische Zustände, welche mehr als gleichgültig und arrogant abgetan wurden. Besonders schlechten Service erhielten wir von Frau Meijrink, welche laut dem Hotel die Managerin ist. Diese Dame benimmt sich absolut unprofessionell und unmöglich, nachdem telefonisch die Mängel reklamiert wurden, kamen wir in die Lobby, bekamen von der Dame weder ein Hallo noch einen Blick gewürdigt, lieber trank die Dame aus einer PET Flasche und schaute verdutzt durch die Luft. Für einen solchen Service und ein so dreckiges Haus sollte man sich zutiefst schämen. Ein Lob muss man allerdings an all die jungen Mitarbeiterinnen aussprechen, diese waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings konnten diese nichts für uns bezüglich des Problems tun, da deren nicht wirklich kompetente Managerin nichts besseres zu tun hat als sich an der Bar zu bedienen und Probleme mit einer Arroganz zu handhaben die ich noch nie erlebt habe. Nie wieder werde ich dieses Hotel besuchen. Wenn Sie mir eine 0815 vorgefertigte Antwort hierzu senden, werde ich ein vollumfassendes Video hochladen um die wirklich abartigen Zustände dort aufzuzeigen.

This hotel has consistently been our top choice when visiting Switzerland. During our most recent stay, I mistakenly booked a single room instead of a double, but the staff was incredibly understanding and quickly accommodated the change for two guests. The location is excellent—very walkable and conveniently close to everything you need in Zurich. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.

It was ok. The room layout is a bit odd. The water pressure was very low. Curtains don't look very clean. Room gets stuffy unless you open windows, but unfortunately we didn't get a few bugs that flew in inside.

This property is located in a wonderful area of Zürich and you can access the entire city within minutes. Easy walking neighborhood hotel itself was lovely. However, the bathroom in our junior suite had only a glass door with only partial privacy glass so it did not give any real privacy at all. Just weird as you felt you should stay by the bed to give whoever was using the bathroom some privacy.
