Rooms are spacious and convenient. Everything you need is already provided. Bathroom is nice. Staff is nice and kind. There is a tram stop close by which easily connects you to the city center.

Aamiainen oli erikoinen kokemus, sillä se tilattiin listalta ja tuotiin pöytään. Hinta hieman yläkanttiin (maksoin 28CHF), mutta sain vatsan täyteen pitkälle iltapäivään.
Erittäin mukava vuode ja hyvä suihku. Hiljainen ympäristö, sai erittäin hyvät yöunet. Tyylikkäät huoneet. Ei sovellu pyörätuolilla kulkeville, koska huoneisiin menevään käytävään on portaat ennen hissejä. Hyvä sijainti, ratikalla ja busseilla helppo saavutettavuus.

Perfect place away from the cacophony of Bahnhofstrasse but, still close enough to be accessible by tram. Close to all the amenities and a very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay there again!

It was a nice stay for our short time in Zurich. It’s a ~15 min tram ride away from the train station. There are a few restaurants and stores in the area. The hotel is a little older, but well kept. The room itself was very small, but manageable for two people. We had a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nice room, spacious, clean, nice fluffy towels, comfy bed plus tea and coffee provided. Only negative was the five stairs up to the floor the elevator is on making it a bit difficult for suitcases or people with mobility challenges.

Room was clean and spacious. Nice coffee. Friendly cleaning staff. Had a nice soup in the hotel restaurant one evening, which is a cosy space. Wasn’t sure if it was a Swiss thing or not but we’d asked for a double (we are married) and we were given two single beds pushed together. So if you want to come for a romantic getaway… perhaps contact the property first and check. Also there is a tax of 7 Francs each per person per night which is not included when you book. Also, there is a 100 Franc hold on your card for the room key.
