晚上到达需要提前跟酒店说，前台下班是11点，之后就没人了，我们晚上10点多到达刚好赶得上，早上太早也是没有人，房间不错，离湖区很近，风景太好了。早上出去沿湖跑步太棒了，离火车站有点距离，打车15瑞士法郎（连行李费），早餐略有些单调，芝士品种很多，然后就是面包。

We stayed one night at this hotel. We chose this hotel because of its location. It's in the heart of Montreux and it's possible to reach the train station on foot in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel is well located beside the lake, it's very convenient to take a walk along the lake side which is very relax. Also, It's in the city center and everything is reachable.

It's located at a quiet corner at Montreux with bus station next to it and 10mins walk to train station. Enough dinner around and so close to sea front. Hotel staff is great but amenities can be improved.

There is no wifi in my room and the reception refused to help me and just saying she has wifi at the reception. At the end I didn't have a choice as I need the wifi, so I brought my computer to the reception to use it. I was using my computer at the reception at late night without light there alone. The service was really bad and they just do not care about customers.
