Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little dated but clean and tidy. We were in a ground floor room and the noise travelled badly through the night. Breakfast was great, location was great. Would stay here again

The reception and room were very dated as regards furniture, flooring and pictures. However I think there has been some modernising as the tile grout and electrical appliances were all looking quite new. The room was clean and our 3rd floor room had 2 large windows with good view. We slept well and the room was well ventilated with opening windows.

🚩 Not modern hotel, Small room and toilet with shower, no bath, no fridge, no cupboard, only 3 hanger points in the room. 🚩 Very noisy from lift machine, next room, car and truck (garbage truck) in the morning. This holiday we stayed 3 different hotels (similar fee) but this was only 1 that made us dissapointed. Planning to back but not this hotel again.

We stayed for 2 nights to visit the Xmas markets. The hotel was perfectly located, 5 minutes to the lake and shops. We stayed in a studio on the ground floor, (had booked a twin room). The room was clean and functional but not the most modern. There was no kettle and when we asked at reception were advised we could use the little hob to boil a pan of water, it would jave been noce to be just given a kettle. The breakfast was very limited for the money, no fruit salad or hot food, just cereal and toast really. The staff on reception were friendly and generally helpful (except for the kettle issue).

Just unacceptable. The place is dirty, not comfortable, feels old and needs to be updated. Service is terrible, not air condition, not fan, not phone in the room, not enough towels. Not even fresh coffee, breakfast is a joke. Just stay away!

Stayed 2 nights. Ate breakfast there one morning and it was okay. Our room was large with a kitchenette. Enjoyed walking down by the water with all the statues along the way. Weather was not the best, a lot of rain. Visited both the cheese and chocolate factory and both tours were amazing Only complaint about the hotel was the morning fellow at reception was not very friendly or helpful.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. There's a reason I keep going back. The price is good value for money. The buffet style breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very conveniently placed and everything I want to do is within easy walking distance, although should I wish to explore further afield the free travel card is a real bonus. I believe there is also a convenient parking garage, thpugh I have never used it. I will definitely be back again

Within 15min walk to hotel, but they are slope, make it a bit hard to walk especially when you have heavy luggage. Basic supplies, cleaned towel every day but not cleaned cups.
