風景好、空間大

這次我們訂了一個湖景房，房間有部分向湖，房間的裝潢不是新潮的現代風格，而是經典優雅的渡假風格，我們非常喜歡，和我們渡假的心情非常符合，房間很寬敞，非常舒適。入住時幫助我們的一位前台亞裔人員非常專業親切，退房時，飯店人員協助我訂計程車，拿行李，服務非常周到。早餐選擇還可以，坐在湖邊吃飯，環境優美。如果我再次拜訪Montreux，我會再度選擇這裡。

The only thing I feel unsatisfied is the cups both in the room and lobby bar is not clean

飯店主動升等，櫃檯人員服務態度很好，下次還會入住。

Wifi不太给力，其他還可以

整體還不錯，比較奇怪的是雖然房費已經預付了，退房時還要收稅金。訂的是湖景房，真的很漂亮。離市區要步行約十分鐘，但走湖邊還算舒服。

一切都很好，停车略贵。游泳池水太凉

I booked a junior suite but the room just ok. The room compartment design is old.And the bed not king size bed just put two single beds together.The balcony face the beautiful lake but the awning blocked the view really disappoint about this.We didn't know there will have people come to our room to move the awning after sunset so when we back our room at night I thought it was a thief been our room. I asked travel information from reception the answer was not positive. The only plus thing is the room service was quickly. The location is good only 3 bus stations to train station and one bus station to supermarket.

海景非常漂亮 安靜 乾淨

This hotel is a five stars hotel but it doesn't show the standard as five stars. When we arrived at the hotel, no one was in the reception. Their stuff was unfriendly and they even charged the deposit for everyone when we checked in. I can't really understand( I was living in a five stars hotel not in air bnb, I had lived in many hotels but never heard about that). Moreover, I have booked two superior double room for us but one of room was in 3th floor and the other was in 5th floor which is really wired. I booked it at the same time but we were living in totally different floor. ( and when we were about to check in, their stuff don't even know I booked two rooms, I think this is really unprofessional. They should improve their stuff training) also, you find nothing in your room, not even a kettle. We was asking for the reception but they told us, we need to pay for it. Can't believe a five stars hotel can't provide the basic service in the room. Before we lived in this hotel, we had lived in lot of hotel included 3 or 4 stars but they are so much better than this one. We felt so disappointed about this hotel even they have beautiful view of the lake, we can't feel anything. If people ask me where should I stay when they are going to montreux, I won't recommend this hotel, cuz it is not worth, especially their stuff and service will let you down)

酒店在日内瓦湖边，对面可以看到雪山，房间很大，阳台也很大，风景极好~

离火车站很近，在湖边带一个很大的阳台，景色绝佳！房间也很大，有两个洗漱台，可是淋浴的热水不热，洗澡有点凉

Brand new hotel close from airport

This was a very nice hotel located in a convenient, beautiful area. So relaxing, I wish we had more time here and would love to come back. I highly recommend the hotel. The staff was also outstanding! Carol

De service bij aankomst, de accommodatie, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De kamer en badkamer lekker ruim en netjes. het ontbijt binnen of buiten met uitzicht op het meer. en met uitzondering de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. In een woord tophotel.

A wonderful stay with our little toddler. Great for families. Bus stop so close and efficient. Staff are wonderful, always asking if you need anything. Only thing I would suggest to make it even better is a varied breakfast as the same thing everyday can get boring especially as it's paid for. Otherwise, views, location and staff all were 10/10

På papiret et 5 stjernet hotel - men 4 stjerner er mere på sin plads Hotellet er på mange fronter træt og slidt Morgenmads buffet er absolut ikke overdådig - da vi bestilte en omelet fik vi at vide at det kostede ekstra hvilket normalvis ikke koster ekstra på et 5 stjernet hotel På ankomst dato lørdag den 19/7 2025 var der en privat fest fra kl 17.30 på den udendørs terrasse med ekstremt høj musik til kl 04.00 om natten hvilket vi ikke var blevet adviseret om og da vi boede ovenover fik vi ikke sovet ret meget denne nat Sjovt nok kunne hotellet sende mail om 4 dage før ankomst at der var overskyet vejr med regn men ikke at der blev afholdt en privat fest med meget høj musik Vi vil absolut ikke anbefale dette hotel som ikke lever op til at være et 5 stjernet hotel
