Happy. Good location .

Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am.

This place had swagger! Such cool vibe and design.

I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room - I travel with insulin which should be refrigerated but had to be left out for 6 days. Bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful, shower was great! Breakfast was good - would have liked some warm foods like oatmeal but was good. The location was perfect! In the center of everything and in walking distance to most places! Thank you Ruby Claire and staff, it was a great stay ! Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay there. Alan was very helpful. I will definitely go back to stay at the hotel.

As three friends we had a great experience at the hotel. We managed to lock ourselves out a couple of times but nothing was too much trouble. The communal space on the top floor was everything you needed. It was light, airy and very comfortable. Outdoor and indoor. Breakfast was good and a great selection. Ideally situated in the central area. The free travel pass is an excellent service.

Allan was splendid! Loved the hotel vibes it was an incredible stay! Would love to to go to other locations! Excellent hotel with very gen z atmosphere.

Location is perfect for access into tourist spots, shops and even transportation and staff are accommodating.

This hotel is found inside a high rise so you have to go to the 7th floor bar to check in. They seem to want to make it self check in so have screens set up for you to input all your information. They did try and get me to do this beforehand but I was busy enjoying my vacation. We were traveling with another couple and were early so they kept our bags while we went to lunch and said the rooms would be ready at 3:00 at the latest. We came back at 1:30 and our friends room was ready but not ours. Ours wasn't ready until exactly 3:00. It seemed odd. My guess was since we booked through Expedia we were being punished. The rooms were great though, it's a huge hotel so a long way from the elevator. Big clean room and great air conditioning.

This hotel is in a mall and is not easy to reach by car. There are no bellmen, and it is a fully self-service hotel. You check in yourself and make your own room keys. Laundry is difficult to manage if you need it done. The rooms are tiny and noisy. You will not get a good night's rest here, and the rooms were very hot, even with the air system running on the coldest setting. I would not recommend this place, and I will not be back.

The hotel location is ideal. Staff very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay in every way.

The property is excellent in every way. The location is fabulous, as it is close to public transportation, great shopping, and a variety of restaurants. It is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Jacky and Maran were really nice at the bar and reception... Rooms were nice and clean

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de la galerie marchande de la rue du Rhône, l’une des plus belles artères commerçantes de Genève. Les locaux sont propres, bien entretenus, le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. Un hôtel que je recommande !
