房間整潔 有位拍車。 每間房間都有獨立泳池貫通感覺好好 輪價錢嚟講三百幾蚊一晚都算好抵早餐超垃圾可以不吃 早餐好多烏蠅沒有食物選擇 酒店都很殘舊 現在逐步翻新

breakfast is terrible. in the restaurant, there are lots of flies, making me feeling sick after eating, maybe due to the flies flying and staying on the dishes.

The staffs are unhelpful. The service provided was basic. We stayed in a group of 8 but our rooms were scattered apart. And we needed to find the seats on our own to take breakfast in the restaurant. The staffs won't arrange for you.

A bit far from the beach, near to 20 mins by walk. All rooms are pool side!! As we lived in private pool suite for two nights, the lamp under the pool was out of order, i.e. the pool was no lighting at night. I called room service and the staff told me their engineer could not change the lamp at night. In the next morning, I reminder the receptionist again that the staff promised me the engineer would change the lamp in day time. However, the lamp did not work even though we checked out.

酒店不在卡伦海滩中心，地理位置稍偏，走到卡伦海滩需要20-30分钟，不过酒店环境不错，我们住的泳池别墅，非常舒适，床很舒服，很大，就是泳池别墅在比较深处的位置，走到大堂有点路

環境不錯, 所有房間露台直通泳池是一大賣點, 隨時可以跳進水中, 舒適自在. 但是酒店員工服務差勁, 可以說是沒有服務, 整理房間的沒有更換毛巾, 保險箱的問題無人解決, 尤其是高級員工, 笑容欠俸, 對客人提問隨便了事, 實在要再接受培訓. 總結是不會再選擇入住.
