Renovation works are limited to specific areas, while most rooms and facilities remain fully in service. Work is conducted during daytime hours with minimal noise disturbance. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding.

일단 풀억세스여서 예약했는데 우리룸 앞의 풀장은 다음날 아침부터 공사를 하였다 수영장을 다막았고 수영장사용불가에 대해 설명해주지도 않았다. 내방 베란다는 공사를 하는 직원들이 쉬는 공간으로 변했다. 풀사용에 대해 물어보자 그냥 안된다고만 말하고 미안한 기색도 없었다. 또 우리는 4명이여서 2개의 방을 잡았는데 완전히 떨어진 방을 배정받았으며 부탁한 트원배드 룸도 받지 못했다. 혹시 룸체인지가 가능하냐는 말에 같은 말을 반복하며 굉장히 불친절하고 고압적인 태도로 일관하였다. 이곳에 우리가 숙박한 날짜에 동양인은 우리밖에 없었으며 서양인과 차별하는 느낌을 받았다.일단 데스크에 질문하고 있는중 뒤에 있는 서양인을 먼저 응대하였고, 아침 식사에서도 휴지가 어디있냐는 질문에 세네명의 직원이 쳐다만보고 자기들 끼리 웃고있었다. 또한 절대 먼저 인사를 건내지 않코, 미소를 보이지 않는다. 응대시간이 무척느리고, 처음 체크인할때도 이곳은 네명의 여권을 모두 원했고, 종이에 인적사항을 적을라고 했다 그이유를 묻자 자신들을 프로모션을 보내기 위해서라고 했다. 또한 다음날 공항으로 가는 택시를 불러줄수 있냐는 말에 3000바트라는 돈을 요구했다.다른곳에서 조금더 알아본결과 700바트면 갈수있는 곳이였다. 또한 방안에 모기가 굉장히 많다

무료 와이파이라고 되어있는데 방에서는 전혀 와이파이가 되지 않고 로비에서도 와이파이가 되지 않았습니다. 딱 저렴한 호텔이라고 생각하시면 될것 같아요. 저는 다시 이용하지는 않을 것 같습니다.

The hotel was fantastic and surprised us with a room upgrade for us and our sons on arrival and also ensured we had adjoining rooms. The rooms are fantastic and I love the fact you can just walk out onto the patio and straight into the pool. Our only complaint would be that our bed in room 263 was extremely hard and we had no smoking rooms but then the hotel put two guests in the room next to our sons who smoked, so each time they were on their patio area it made our sons go into their room. Their were also guests smoking in the pool itself which was a bit off putting. That aside I'd definitely book this hotel again, short walk to the beach and many restaurants and they also have taxi drivers available on their forecourt area. The staff are wonderful and the whole hotel had a nice vibe

This was me and my husband's first trip to Thailand. We had a wonderful experience as a whole. The resort was beautiful and is surrounded by greenery and is well maintained. It's also central to everything with plenty of food options within walking distance. The room was lovely and the private pool was divine! It provided us with the private experience we were seeking. The staff were beyond amazing, helpful and friendly. They were always happy to greet and assist our every question and need. The only minor thing is that I would've liked to see a gluten free bread station at the breakfast buffett like most resorts worldwide do being that I'm gluten intolerant. The staff however were lovely in guiding me to a supermarket that stocked gluten free products which was about 15 mins from the resort. I would definitely recommend the resort and we would come back and stay in the future when visiting Thailand.

Beautiful and quiet hotel area, but still very close to good restaurants, massage, 7Eleven, laundry, wine shop! Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back again. Pool access from every room, nice breakfast etc...

It was generally good. The food was a bit of an disappointment. Fruits and salads at the breakfast were not fresh. Cereal options were poor. Juices did not look fresh either. The location is okay - it does take over 20 mins to the beach on foot. But obviously cheaper for the space quality than those on the beach. Staff were efficient when I had a minor injury to provide first aid and arranged a visit to the clinic. Also the manager was kind and accommodating when I requested to change the room.

Simply, this room should not have been sold to us and should have been blocked for scheduled renovation works. After a difficult few years we paid extra for a pool villa for the peace and privacy. The first few days were pleasant until it became apparent that all rooms either side were being painted and renovated. The smell of paint was initially a minor inconvenience, then any peace was shattered when the builders moved in resulting in the room being uninhabitable between 9-5pm each day. The noise from various power tools together with the smell of construction adhesives, paint and workers smoking under the shared verandah made it unpleasant to use the courtyard. We could not operate the air conditioning during the day as it pulled the chemical smells into the room. We had no option other than to leave the room until work finished around 5pm each day. Resort staff were lovely, but we firmly blame resort management for not blocking this one room off when extensive renovations had been scheduled.
