Nice environment. Free upgrade of room. No hot water tho we turned on the air con as instructed.

客房大, 但廁所好暗和殘舊,有露台~ 超漂亮的風景~ 位處於沙灘, 必須經過沙灘才能到達酒店, 拖行李時十分不方便, 離碼頭好遠. 房間在半山上, 離RECEPTION超遠, 每次回酒店房間都必須行10-15分鐘的斜路, 有次夜晚回房間的路上見到有蛇=_= 房間內有蟑螂....

条件一般，服务不错。就是要爬山

离中心走路10～15分钟，不太方便，其他还行

Trots turistö ligger det här vid sidan av. Kanske 10 minuters promenad till kärnan. Otrolig strand med bästa vyn av phi phi. Bra frukost! Trevliga bungalows.

Utsikten från rummet!

Ganske forfærdelig oplevelse - og 100% kan dette hotel ikke stå på mål for hvad det lover i tekst eller billeder. Pool (se foto) er virkelig beskidt, INGEN bader der, pool bar har slet ikke åbent. Værelser er beskidte, meget meget slidte. Fjernsyn fungere ikke og aircondition var enten uden funktion eller giga kold. Det er helt sikkert ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale for et romantisk ophold og vi kommer helt sikkert til og bede om godgørelse eftersom tingene ikke hænger sammen med beskrivelse eller fotos.

Toaletten gick knappt att spola på men övrigt super fint rum med fin utsikt mot havet. Vi fick dock vänta i över 1h efter inchecknings tiden på grund av sent utverkat inan. Det var vi och 7 andra sällskap som väntade.

Utsikten var det som var bäst. Helt underbart. Personalen var trevlig. Lite trötta men helt ok. Besvikelsen var poolen, den var hepgick inte att bada i den , vattnet var brunt. Poolen låg också helt fel . Enligt hotell.com och bilderna var poolen helt ok. Men den var bedrövlig. Ingen bar heller som man ser på bilderna

Room check in is 2pm. We arrived 1.40pm but had to sit and wait 20 minutes for the room, as did everyone else who arrived before 2pm. No way housekeeping got 6-8 rooms ready in that 20 minutes! Just silly and annoying. Pictures on Hotels.com are probably of when the rooms were either brand new (20 years ago?) or one that has been refurbished. Our Grand room was old and not on the front row as promised. Very 1980s inside, worn/tired but reasonably clean. Minimal facilities. One towel each. No hairdryer. Only reason for staying here is the view, which is great. However, most rooms either requires a steep uphill walk or a 8-10 minute undulating walk to the end of the resort, as ours did. Not suitable for anyone with any walking or health issues as there is no transport at the hotel. The night before leaving we confirmed the 8am boat back to the Pier. Only to be told the next morning that the boat could not operate due to low tide. If only tide times could be predicted or were available in a book or online! So we had to walk 15 minutes, with all luggage back to the Pier. No transportation was provided/available. So essentially getting to and from the hotel is not easy. Getting around the hotel is not easy. Rooms are tired and not as shown in the pictures. However, view from the room is good, even though we were not on the front row as promised!

Grand Delux beachfront villa had stunning views

More attention should be given to indicate the often difficult trek up and down from your accommodation to the ground level. If you have any mobility issues it is quite a challenge to access above the 3 rd level of cottages. Loved the location and the beach. For a quieter stay and less crowds this area is great on PhiPhi Don

Very clean but lack of the facilities they say they have pool area not functioning and derelict and seriously needs a refurb, bedrooms are tired and the room service doesn’t always answer but the staff are helpful and friendly and the place is clean breakfast is also good xx. Our room had a superb view

We booked the room for 3 persons. We didn't receive additional bed. They said that we w will receive next day but we didn't. The bungalow was very high on the mountain. There was no water in the batroom

Beautiful room with amazing view of the ocean & mountains! Only issue was the outdated bathroom with salt water coming from taps. This needs to be fixed.

Läget var det bästa med hotellet. Rummet var också bra. Check in, service och mat höll mycket låg standard tyvärr.
