Good service at hotel

Those dirty yang yangs have awful customer service.

Room full of large and small cockroaches Tried to overcharge me when I left Breakfast very poor and not as good as previously.

The only drawbacks were 1.) internet is very slow, and 2.) near the end of my stay I started noticing cockroaches in the bathroom. Even though housekeeping sprayed for them, by the next day they were coming in in larger numbers. Overall the room is nice, location is great as MRT, shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance

I love staying here! The breakfast is good, the pool is great, and it's in an exciting location. I've stayed here many times over the past 20 years and I keep coming back.

Old property. Keep up and clean

Renovated good but bed mattress also needs renewing.

Close to nana plaza. Every thing walking distance. Will stay again

There are two major positives now for this hotel – the obvious location being directly opposite Nana Plaza and now the refurbished swimming pool area which has fantastic sun loungers and a wonderful pool to relax beside. However, a word of warning for any sun worshippers: the sun disappears behind the next door building by about 2 pm so you will not be able to top up your suntan later in the afternoon beyond this time if that’s your thing. The rooms and hotel remain pretty much the same as they’ve ever been which is old and tatty. Although the rooms are a pretty decent size and have clean bed linen every day you will see an ashtray in the bedroom along with windows that do not open, which results in a constant underlying smell of nicotine and old cigarette smoke baked into the walls and the furniture and it is this that is the worst thing thing about staying in this hotel. Why they cannot designate rooms as smoking and non-smoking and repaint and deep clean the non-smoking rooms is beyond me. This is constantly the problem with hotels in Bangkok that do not have balconies. Overall, it is an inexpensive and location convenient hotel to stay at which is central to the nightlife and transport links but it does need a thorough deep clean to make this an ideal choice for staying in Bangkok.

Make no mistake this is a very old building and hotel, but for the price it’s great! Convenient access to party area and BTS. The staff are all old timers, they were all great! Will stay again.

Location is good as it’s near nightlife area.

Nice hotel and right in main area 👌

the property was located in a great area, close to the main attractions and easy to navigate around. The staff were not very nice, they lack customer skills. The minute that you walk to the front desk, the doorman came and snatched your suitcases and did not even allow you enough time to check in properly. They can be a little more polite and courteous.

Centrally located. BTS Nana station 3 min walk

Right in the heart of the "nightlife" district. Not suitable for families. The hotel has been updated and remodeled since my last visit (years ago), much improved, quite nice.

Overall extremely poor. Dated, rude staff and very below average rooms. Hey ho, my first time in BKK, should have expected it!
