Perfect location for nightlife and entertainment, The staff were always very polite and helpful.

While this is an older property, it is being continually improved and maintained. Elevators are being upgraded, but are still very timely. My main concern was cockroaches (primarily in bathroom). In the week I was there I killed about 4-5 of them.

I travel extensively and stay at various hotels regardless of Star Rating but I must say the Nana Hotel has the WORSE Wi Fi I have ever experienced Terrible connection and staff agree so it’s clear they regularly experience customer disappointment but still nothing done to fix. ( not stay here again)

Room was small i had to leave my wheelchair to get in the room, then had to push the chair outside so i could get to the bathroom. Had to negotiate with the roaches as to whos turn it was in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, staff were topnotch.

It was a constant fight with bugs in my room. I stayed for a week and I went to the store and bought my own bug spray and sprayed the room thoroughly, it didn’t help. The bugs must be immune to the store brand bug spray. I killed bugs by hand everyday. It was not pleasant.

The Hotel is very rundown. Dirty carpet in hallways. My room had mold in the bathroom. Yes if you want to be steps from Nana Plaza then that is the only positive thing. Many hotels at similiar price points that are only a few blocks away.

Breakfast was good ,variety of Thai or English, help yourself , fried rice scrambled eggs etc. Only downside is that Thailand doesn’t have true sausages only frankfurters. Swimming pool a true asset, water cool and clean after lounging about sunbathing
