The only problem I had was the bed. The side where the light switches were was indented. There was a hole on one side but otherwise I enjoy staying at Nana hotel.

While this is an older property, it is being continually improved and maintained. Elevators are being upgraded, but are still very timely. My main concern was cockroaches (primarily in bathroom). In the week I was there I killed about 4-5 of them.

Great value and excellent convenience (just around the corner from Sukhumvit Rd). Check in was easy, staff does not hassle you about visitors, and restaurant in lobby is decent.
They do need to call the exterminator, however, as there are just too many roaches. Also, they need to do a better job enforcing the no smoking cannabis inside the building policy; the smell of cannabis woke me up at 5am on multiple occasions.
I will stay here again, but I do not recommend for a family to stay here though.

The Nana Hotel will not honour your booking if you book through Expedia. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child 14yrs old in 1 room through expedia and they wouldn't let us stay without paying more for child. Stating child not on booking when I showed them it was added. Had to pay extra or look for another hotel. Book at your own risk.

I travel extensively and stay at various hotels regardless of Star Rating but I must say the Nana Hotel has the WORSE Wi Fi I have ever experienced
Terrible connection and staff agree so it’s clear they regularly experience customer disappointment but still nothing done to fix. ( not stay here again)

The breakfast was mostly cold or tempid. I had fried eggs and bacon. I noted they brought out fresh fried eggs so when to get them only to find they were cold. The fried rice and fried noodles were at best warm. The toaster is slow andxtakes 2 goes. I saw a couple of older guys getting staff to open the butter containers. The top was stuck on very firmly. The tea and coffee were too strong. I tried to water them down but they were awful. The staff were efficient. I thought the breakfast was better on previous visits.
