Everyone love and enjoyed our stay at the resort. The property was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good spread and everyone could easily find what they liked. The shuttle vans were helpful in getting around. The resort is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. This was a family trip and we loved it

This is 2nd times stayed in Novotel Phuket Resort, we love the sea view room and access pool side room, it silent and gave us amazing and unforgettable memories, we will stay again on next Phuket trip. Buffet, swimming pool are very well, staffs are politely and nice. I appreciate the free shuttle truck to shopping mall, it was more convenience for us and can be save more unnecessary expenses and it was surprised we got free snacks, drinks and a beautiful hat when we came to room.

酒店環境舒適, 每當坐在大堂及露台時, 都會有想睡的感覺, 而服務員都很有禮貌及主動幫助客人解決問題, 酒店設備方面也尚算齊全, 只是泳池細小, 只適合戲水或浸身, 酒店位置很個人, 我就是他喜歡偏離市區, 旺中帶靜, 怕走路或走徙斜的朋友應該會不太喜歡的, 因為要再帆船商場回酒店需要走25~35分鐘的路, 然後再走斜路, 不過吃飽之後走回去當是運動也不錯, 可幫助消化, 整體來說我很喜歡這酒店, 有機會也會再入住

酒店地点适合喜欢安静人士，亦提供免费往返酒店大门及芭东购物中心穿梭班车方便出行。硬件一般四星级酒店标准，服务水准大致达标。提供旅游咨询服务的同事值得点赞，但housekeeping的执房服务仍需改善。总体满意住宿经历。

酒店一般與網上圖片有分別, 清潔度一般般，尤其是浴室， 浴缸污糟到不能浸，花灑水壓好差，房燈光好暗，
這酒店比想像中差, 不值這價錢，距離巴東8分鐘車程， 出入好唔方便， check in 之後好泊車，要職員揸車才去到房間， 我們自駕遊冇問題， 但唔建議自由行入住。 行去食早餐，泳池及停車場 有一段距離，早餐環境好好食物多選擇嘢食ok， 有三個泳池景幾靚， 大堂是開放式沒有冷氣，下次不會再入住。

This is 2nd times stayed in Novotel Phuket Resort, we love the sea view room and access pool side room, it silent and gave us amazing and unforgettable memories, we will stay again on next Phuket trip. 住的房間看下去是球場及游泳池，但設施都在維修。最重要有一晚居然沒有電，房間冷氣、電視等電源都沒電，那是晚上很熱呀，怎睡覺？到大堂詢問才知是沒電到酒店，想問一下，一家那麼大的酒店會沒後備電的嗎？大堂服務員態度很差，還在推開話題，也不會主動跟客人說沒電，補救方法也沒有一個。就叫客人回房間等。十分不推薦。

Meeda at Front Desk and Tisha at Coffee House are friendly and helpful. Room service, luggage pick-up, shuttle bus service and all provide professional service and the high efficiency, impressive! Really enjoyed our vacay there for 5 days!

Next to Patong Beach, however, need to walk on the hill (10-15mins) or many up stairt to reach the hotel. However, it has free shuttle travel to BigC shopping Mall, please book in advance to make sure that you've got the available seat.

出入比較麻煩，每小時才有一部 shuttle bus, 而且需要預先 book 定，要是臨時想反酒店比較難
在芭東回酒店一部 的士/嘟嘟 為 200 泰銖
而且有時候酒店職員的態度不太好.......不過泳池這些設施是比較好的~~~
