Novotel Phuket Resort

Great place for families and close to the beach very convenient …..

Hotel is bit up the hill but they have shuttle from the main road. Room was clean. Breakfast had enough variety though few things were to be ‘discovered’. Like cut fruits were kept in the fridge! Egg station was outside the breakfast area. If you are not observant, will miss those. We had top floor ocean view so views were great and rooms pretty silent. Kid’s club and facilities like Table tennis, darts etc left much to be desired. Many needed maintenance, and felt unlike what is normally available in a ‘Resort’. Pool bar wanted 50 baht for water though we were hotel guests!! Interestingly and hotel resupplied as many water bottles as one could ask for in the room. Cool. Staff courteous, folks like Bandar were super cheerful and helpful. One last thing…there are Tuktuk guys just outside the road entrance. Some behave like goons almost willing to fight and hit you…feels like were high on weed, whose smell fills the air all over Phuket.

Beautiful resort. Centrally located. The Chef and the team at the restaurant were brilliant. Special shout out to Karisma and her colleagues. Could have been even better with some evening entertainment but not a deal breaker.

Room was very comfortable and nice location with a sea view.

The room was amazing but having the three level pool was just absolutely gorgeous especially overlooking the ocean

Novotel's staff is hands down the best resort staff that I have ever encountered! Sak and his team of bell men: Am, Bao, and Choo were a pleasure to engage with each day. The scenery/ landscaping is immaculate around the resort topped with great restaurants near the resort for any occasion! I def will be back!

Place was dated but staff was friendly. Might need a little R&R and better cleaning. (found dead lizard with ants in our room)

Staff were excellent. Was a bit out of the way, access was up a hill. No shade over pool.

We booked two pool access rooms they were beautiful and so spacious for our family. The hotel has amazing views from every side and very friendly and welcoming staff . The location is a little far from the main spot of Phuket beach. You have to walk down the hill and walk about 15 mins to get to the main centre of the beach. If only they could provide shuttle service to get you to the centre of beach would be more convenient for families.

Overall experience was nice

Everything was excellent we are family of 6. I’m toke my parents for experience to Phuket for their first time and me and my kids first time their too.we very happy with the hotel,the staff very friendly and smile very helpful. We will go back again.
