Many ants in room. Room items refills were not good

1.Staff, even those at reception counter, can only speak very limited English, sometimes they do not understand your request. You do not find them very helpful, may be they are too shy to talk to you. 2. Hotel is not within walking distance to Patong town. However, shuttle bus service is terrible which does not operate according to a fixed schedule (roughly running every 1 hour). Even staff gave you confusing information on the car run, which made guests spend much time in waiting. 3. Security is a real concern as the door lock is not working. What makes it even worse is that there is no security door chain. 4. Don't expect nice seaview as there are wire poles right in front of the hotel. Room is damp and the drainage of bathroom is extremely slow. 5. No enough provision of basic items like glasses, towels, shampoo etc. Upon request, items with packing of other hotel were provided.

洒店位置尚可，call bolt去巴東沙灘最平100泰銖，通常都是坐酒店shuttle出去，回來就call車，因為回程等shuttle位置太曬和經常塞車，不知等到幾時，洒店半數以上員工不會和你打招呼，尤其是大堂員工，完全沒有笑容，祇有行李部員工熱情一些，房間真的很潮濕，面積都算大，訂的海景房景觀也祇是一般，早餐選擇多但味道一般，最讚有鮮窄果汁，最差就係估唔到燒賣係完全未解凍放出來給客人食，但有驚喜反而晚上到餐廳吃飯，價錢平，咮道好，有三款菜竟然平過No6,總結這酒店要求不高還可以入住

位置不方便

可能剛開業.人手不足.清潔程度要留意一下.早餐豐富.亦好多蚊蟲.建議洒店多做滅蚊工作

Breakfast buffet worth it, staff were super helpful and friendly, security guard at the front is friendly and helpful, 7/11 just around the corner (1 min walk), great location!!! It was my partners birthday and they provided a cake and bed decorations and organised balloons for him aswell!

Hotel, avec une piscine vue sur la mer, juste magnifique, la personnel, la propreté, l’emplacement tout est magnifique, le petit déjeuner très varié au top, juste un peu cher pour le pays

Room was clean every day, breakfast is amazing and the staff are top notch and friendly and helpful.

Everything in the hôtel is good (Nice view, Nice room) But the reception is not the best. Its could be ameliored.

Perfect location! Best part is the free shuttle that takes you to Bangla Rd/Patong Beach. Saved a lot of Grab/Bolt money with the shuttle. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our every need/request. The staff made our stay worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean! The restaurant was good for dinner (pad Thai was great)! The pool area is nice and the hotel is a 1 min walk from a 7 Eleven which was a daily visit! I’d def recommend this hotel!

The best hotel we have stayed in. We have traveled the world. The location was great, the views from the pool was spectacular. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. The staff was friendly and most helpful. If you are in Phuket, it’s a must.

Great food and property specially the pool area is amazing. Its 3-4 km away from main area so we had to take cabs every-time. They also have a lot of dirty linen circulating, we had to ask for a change 2 times. They have vegetarian food option which is great as its little rare in phuket.

Breakfast is amazing, pool area is second to none. We liked it so much we extended our stay another seven days. Our favorite hotel in all of Thailand so far. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are great, location is good and close to town and the breakfast buffet is really complete. The cleanliness of the room was not perfect though. The windows and glasses were stained and you could see the track of the dirty cleaning. The shower room was not clean and you could see germ on the bottom of the walls. We had to ask to clean the room entirely in first night, and it got better but it seems they don’t have high standards in terms of cleaning. They were supportive and responsive though.
