Frokostmenyen var veldig bra, variert og godt utvalg av mat og drikke. En fin start på dagen. Fint bassengområdet, men litt støy fra bilveien utenfor. Utrolig hyggelig betjening og god servise i alle ledd. Vi hadde det fint ☺️

Lovely pool area and staff

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold på Oceanfront Beach Resort Hotel i Phuket. Personalet var meget venligt og imødekommende, og servicen var i top. Hotellet har en flot udsigt, og værelset var stort, pænt og komfortabelt. Morgenmaden var rigtig god med et stort udvalg. Den eneste ulempe ved opholdet var, at vores værelse lugtede af mug og fugt, hvilket trak lidt ned i helhedsoplevelsen. Måske er det noget, hotellet kan gøre noget ved fremover. Alt i alt et dejligt hotel, som vi gerne vil anbefale.

Room had a smell, breakfast was not great, mini bar not inclusive which was a bit surprising. Staff were okay and tried their best. Location is ok will have to get a taxi to go anywhere.

Booked an ocean view room, good view and set back from the road. But a lot of road noise evening and morning, and corridor noise early morning do take ear plugs. Room is comfortable and large though. Big shower and bath. Great pool area and plenty of sun loungers, always some available. Breakfast is buffet and it is a multi-continental feast with plenty to choose from. Only irk was the long queue for coffee / smoothies most mornings, they need more than two servers. Location is one of the best for peaceful location (relative), but down side it is a 20min taxi journey into the town because of sheer weight of traffic particularly in the evening. The road outside the hotel is nearly uncrossable most times of day due to the amount of traffic and no footpaths so you have to get a taxi (grab or bolt app) anywhere. If you’re wanting to do sea excursions the transfer time to the marinas in the east and south of Phuket are at least 50+ mins away, 90mins at worst so it can be a long day.

Breakfast was great, staff came to the room to clean around 3pmish. There's a shuttle that takes you to beach or shopping and it leaves once an hour. They offer laundry, but it's cheaper just to go to the 7/11 nearby and do laundry there if they offer it.

Room was great, service was great, everybody was so courteous and attentive. If and when I come back to Phuket I’m rebooking at this resort and will definitely refer others to book here.

Stayed there for my birthday and has the best time. Great location. Great service. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were kind but not as helpful as I would have thought for a 5- star hotel. We asked the front desk about booking a ferry for Ko Phi Phi and they redirected us to the tour desk, though we didn't want a tour, that was the next leg of our itinerary. It may have been a language barrier, but there were multiple little thingsw

Food was really bad. There was only one restaurant while they claimed that they have 3 restaurants. Left over food left out at swimming pool overnight which collected a lot of bugs. There was no walking road to the beach. There was no sidewalk to walk to any beaches while they just listed out several beaches. You just stuck in the hotel and it was far from anywhere u wanted to go. And it was an hour drive to airport mot 33 min. Overally I feel that I wasted my vacation staying there. There was not even one store close to the hotel. It was waste of money snd My time

The hotel room was big and the view from the pool was good. Service was poor and did not feel like 4 or 5 stars. No one to help with suitcases in arrival or departure. The hotel call itself a ‘Resort and Spa’ hotel but does not have a Spa and No massage treatments on the hotel. The hotel is just a big concrete building and lack a bit of atmosphere I think. Some plants would do huge difference. Not worth the money and you can find better deals I would say.

Breakfast was good, the pool was really nice! The room felt quite damp though, and there was a funny smell like mold/dampness.

Drikke/mat unødvendig dyr sammenlignet med andre hoteller, med tanke på kvaliteten. Maten var ganske middels, helt ok.

Buffet is just ok. Less varietiey bakery items can be improved. Staff are non accomdative of early check in or late check out. Not faced such issue anywhere
