The experience was great, as the hotel offers many options so you don't need to leave it to have a good time. The pool is very good and the staff on the pool bar is excellent! The breakfast is awesome with many different options and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also good and Khine was very helpful explaining how the area worked. Definitely a great choice in Phuket!

I must say, we just went with what we thought was nice from the reviews, and it was awesome.
Krishina(sorry if i got the name wrong) she was great. She knew i was staying for over 12 nights, she made sure i got an awesome room but she was on hand to makesure my stay was great.
I loved the ppl hosting and more for the guys & girls who cleaned the rooms..
Well done, ill be back!

I had to switch rooms because the initial room I was given was surrounded by construction/renovation being made to the hotel's exterior. I raised the noise issue right away with the front desk and they were very helpful and efficient to move me to the other side of the building where it was quieter - they were extremely understanding and helpful.
Beyond this hiccup, the room was clean, huge, and had a great view of Patong. m
The only red flag I have were the loud and delusional tourists.

Das Hotel ist okay man merkt, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Zimmer sind groß und ausreichend aber wie gesagt sind in die Jahre gekommen Personal sehr bemüht hervorragend speziell Rezeption, die die Mädels die dort arbeiten und die Jungs am Pool war sehr sehr zuvorkommen.

The staff was friendly. It was not super convenient to walk outside the hotel, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus.
The first room I checked into had a lot of ants, hence my 4/5 star review. However, they were quick to give me a new room which was good. I wouldn’t say that this restaurant met my expectations for a 5 star hotel but it was not bad.

Fantastisk hotell med den beste servicen jeg har opplevd noe som helst sted. Thailand generelt har god service. Men dette hotellet var det noe helt eget, super fornøyde!

Das Hotel ist okay man merkt, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Zimmer sind groß und ausreichend aber wie gesagt sind in die Jahre gekommen Personal sehr bemüht hervorragend speziell Rezeption, die die Mädels die dort arbeiten und die Jungs am Pool war sehr sehr zuvorkommen.

The staff was friendly. It was not super convenient to walk outside the hotel, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus.
The first room I checked into had a lot of ants, hence my 4/5 star review. However, they were quick to give me a new room which was good. I wouldn’t say that this restaurant met my expectations for a 5 star hotel but it was not bad.
