酒店里面设施很不错，不过服务人员很少，而且到点下班没人找，酒店还在建设中屋外环境很不好，不过整体来说还不错，里面设施都很好。

Treated like royalty when we arrived for our villa room. Staff were friendly, room was clean and the view was definitely worth the extra money for sea view 😊

The room was excelent, and it has a warning about the possible loud music but it was not an issue for us.

Wonderful beach and wonderful staff!!!

This property is insane. The Villas are extremely well supplied and the room had the most comfortable bed in Thailand (I overslept and missed my ferry!). Private pool, refreshing hibiscus drink on arrival and a one of a kind experince to remember.

We stayed in B306. Room was up to date and very comfortable. Air conditioning was a little hard to figure out but worked great. The bathroom had a urinal and a toilet which was a little strange. The pool area is really great. And there are two different bars, each offering happy hours at different times so that works out perfectly. Perfect location, right in the heart of the village and close to bars, restaurants, and also has direct beach access.

The cleanliness of the room is really not great. I had to clean the surfaces of the bedside table myself and the bathroom needs a really good deep clean. Don’t like that you can’t have your own food and drink by the pool, we’ve paid to use this service, we should be able to use it as we please. Not worth the money we paid at all but I suppose you’re paying for the location as it is in the middle of everything and right by the beach. Also were told someone would be there to greet us to take our luggage to the hotel when we arrived at the port and they were nowhere to be seen, we were also told someone would help us with our luggage back to the port on check out but they also couldn’t do this for us. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Atendimento excelente. O restaurante do resort muito bom. Melhor localização, com fácil acesso a rua principal.

Pros: Great location - near town, on the beach Nice pool on the beach Good restaurant on the beach (Princess Restaurant) Friendly staff Cute kitties everywhere Cons: Although we appreciate it’s eco-friendly, you should know: There is no electricity without your (only) key in the interior slot, and their water is from a/c runoff. This means a) no A/C running while you’re gone, b) towels are always wet, c) warm water lasts 4-7 minutes, and d) your devices won’t charge when you’re out of the room. Room is smelly from mildew. Mattresses are hard as a rock. Overpriced given all the above. We paid $150/night, which is admittedly a “bargain” for Phi Phi in November, but come on.

There is direct access to the beach, a pool, and a restaurant. However, everything on this island just feels dirty. It got the job done for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer
