酒店里面设施很不错，不过服务人员很少，而且到点下班没人找，酒店还在建设中屋外环境很不好，不过整体来说还不错，里面设施都很好。

Bonjour j'étais déjà venu dans cet hôtel.je l'aime bien. il est au bord de la plage. il est assez respectueux de l'environnement. Super piscine. Restaurant au bord de la plage super sympa pour manger et pour le petit-déjeuner. C'était hyper calme vu la saison. Il devrait nous dire quelques faveurs aux personnes qui reviennent souvent.

El lugar es privilegiado, lo que más disfruté fue el desayuno, lo sirven en la playa bajo la sombra de los árboles y es variado y muy bueno. El personal es amable, nos llevaron el equipaje al puerto. Me parece que le falta mantenimiento en general al hotel. Nos sucedió que una noche el aire acondicionado comenzó a oler a quemado y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación. Los colchones de las 2 habitaciones que probamos estaban muy duros y las almohadas también. No descansamos bien la verdad. Cuando informé todo esto último a la señorita de recepción al hacer mi check out ni le importó ni me dijo nada.

Hotel em frente ao mar, mas poderiam cuidar mais dos jardins.

Outdoor pool was very nice but need some improvements and I hate places that charge you more for shade or better seat close to the pool.

I would not stay here again, villa 103 had roaches and bugs. We told the front desk but they weren’t very responsive. The place is very run down.

Our stay at PP Princess Resort was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pool area is absolutely beautiful—definitely the highlight of the property. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, and the food was genuinely very good. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. It didn’t feel properly cleaned, which made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the stay. On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable—more like sleeping on a piece of cardboard than something you’d expect from a resort. It’s a shame, because with such a great location, lovely staff, and strong food offering, this place has a lot of potential. But the condition and comfort of the rooms really need improvement to match the rest of the experience.

Der er to slags solsenge ved poolen, de almindelige er gratis, luksus sengene skal man betale 1000 bath for. Personalet var venligt. Vi kom før indtjekning, men da de allerede havde et værelse ledigt, fik vi lov at tjekke tidligere ind. Ligger ca 6 minutters gang fra havnen, hotellet ligger lige ned til stranden og tæt på alt.

Overall 3.5 stars. Ive been to 3 different hotels while in Thailand and have to say this was number 3 out of all 3. Rooms are slightly outdated, hard bed and cant shower without putting aircon on for 15 mins. Staff are ok, every other hotel gies above and beyond. 3.5 star is fair.

Ótimo custo-benefício em PP, que tem poucos hotéis bons no centrinho. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo (7eleven na frente, agências de passeios, massagem, principais bares e restaurantes). Mesmo a noite sendo agitada no bar Slinky ao lado, o som não atrapalhou em nada o nosso sono (e o quarto era ao lado da piscina). O único pequeno incômodo foi o barulho do ar condicionado ao ligar, fica um tempo barulhento e depois melhora. A água quente do chuveiro funcionou normalmente (basta ligar o ar e esperar bem pouco p/aquecer) e o quarto deluxe era bem novo, limpo e confortável. Tem toalhas para praia. A piscina realmente pode ficar cheia por oferecer day use para não hóspedes, mas conseguimos cadeiras todos os dias (mar/26). As camas na piscina devem ser reservadas e custam 1000 baht revertidos em consumo para hóspedes, o que é razoável para usar no bar da piscina. Gostamos e reservaria novamente.

Needs grounds improvement between the main pool and the beach. Beds are too hard. Cannot sleep on a very hard mattress with no give. Staff are very friendly and property is well cared for, with great access to the alleys and pathways right beside reception.
