PP Princess Resort

Pros: Great location - near town, on the beach Nice pool on the beach Good restaurant on the beach (Princess Restaurant) Friendly staff Cute kitties everywhere Cons: Although we appreciate it’s eco-friendly, you should know: There is no electricity without your (only) key in the interior slot, and their water is from a/c runoff. This means a) no A/C running while you’re gone, b) towels are always wet, c) warm water lasts 4-7 minutes, and d) your devices won’t charge when you’re out of the room. Room is smelly from mildew. Mattresses are hard as a rock. Overpriced given all the above. We paid $150/night, which is admittedly a “bargain” for Phi Phi in November, but come on.

There is direct access to the beach, a pool, and a restaurant. However, everything on this island just feels dirty. It got the job done for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer

Was a nice place to stay on the beach nice pool great location clean. The reason i took a star off was, they have these beach beds by the pool the second i sat at one the staff member came and demanded 1000 baht cash to sit there and it was the way he demanded and assumed i would know to pay for something that is a part of the hotel im staying at. Was very rude in his delivery it was off putting and it pissed me off.

The pool was great

This was my favorite spot on Ko phi phi The pool setting and beach were amazing and the breakfast was one of the best selections we have had on our whole trip it was incredible The bed was a little too firm was my only complaint

Breakfast was great. Room was great, but was not cleaned spotlessly like I've come to expect. Glass windows were dirty, glass mirrors were streaky, furniture in the room was noticeably stained. Hard water stains on the sink and in the shower, on the soap bottles, etc. Leaves and debri floating in the plunge pool. They need to spend another 20 minutes on the room before turning it over to the guests, and invest in a steam cleaner to get stains out of furniture. Beds were hard but manageable. Bar noise was audible but not really that big of a deal.

Me gustó el hotel. Excelente ubicación, pileta grande y linda. Los cuartos son limpios y espaciosos. El desayuno ok, cumple con lo básico, aunque desayunar en la playa suma puntos. A mejorar: El wifi muy inestable, los canales de tv no funcionaban, la cama de poca calidad con resortes poco confortable y la atención de algunos funcionarios era desganada. Pero estuvimos muy cómodos. Ajustando esos puntos podrían subir un nivel.

It was convenient location and easy to get to. It was nice to have bags taken back to the pier for us. The twin beds were incredibly hard. Overall, nice resort

Not worth the price. Molds everywhere and not clean. You’ll be shocked. Picture doesn’t match actual at all. The only thing good is the pool and that too will cost you 1,000 baht consumable for the good location.

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in and pretty expensive for Thailand but I understand that islands are always a bit more! They don’t warn you but they ask for a 1000 baht deposit in cash, so make sure you bring extra. The pool is lovely but the food and drinks are expensive and the staff are very apathetic. Once they cleaned our room but didn’t replace the bin liner or the toilet paper so I had to go down and get some more! We stayed in the deluxe room which was very nice but I have heard the cheaper rooms are much worse so that is worth considering. Also despite being in the hotel you need to pay extra to use the gym which is ludicrous, and some sunbeds have a minimum 1000 baht spend which is also a little ridiculous - adding tiers to a hotel I’ve already paid to stay in. However overall I felt safe and the location is excellent so worked well for what we needed.

Stayed in a villa, very nice! Loved the Private pool shared with 2 neighbors. Bed is REALLY hard, though my wife likes it that way.. thats what she said

Hotel is close to everything, very walkable and the breakfast on the beach was something you see in the movies. Check in was smooth. There’s a bit of cleaning that can be done but overall would stay here again

Good, buts shower is not hot and head shower is terrible.
