Really enjoyed staging here. The villas are spacious and having a more private pool outside the door while still facing the beach and ocean was very special. Our villa felt like it needed a little bit of TLC. Hard water buildup made the bathroom fixtures look dirty. The sheets were clean but felt like sand was in them. Likely from being laundered with beach towels. Overall it was not a dirty place, just needs some extra maintenance more often. Breakfast was lovely, great variety of western and Thai options and seating both inside the restaurant and out on the beach. Felt special. Pool and bar hours are a little odd. Also, the tiers and their associated amenity accesses were a bit confusing. Staff was nice, but didn’t always follow through. I’d asked for water bottle replenishment as it hadn’t been replenished and they didn’t follow through with sending more.

Morgenmadspersonalet var uhøfligt, og råvarerne var af så dårlig kvalitet, at vi valgte at spise morgenmad andre steder. Der var kakerlakker i vores villa (V11), og værelset var ikke ordentligt rengjort – spejlene var beskidte og lignede, at der var smurt paté på dem. Derudover var der ekstrem bar-støj helt frem til kl. 04:30, selvom der under booking står, at støj stopper kl. 02:00. Skrækkeligt. Generelt virker Phi Phi-øen mere egnet til fest, alkohol og dårlig mad end til par, der søger afslapning og autentisk Thailand. Nul stjerner.

Vi bodde i villa 14 med pool & havsutsikt, platsen och läget är toppen på ön. Frukosten är lite mindre men ok, håller relativt bra standard! Våra vänner som hade ett vanligt dubbelrum bodde inte bra. De hade problem med större insekter och lörummet var gömt i en smutsig gång. Man kan tydligt se att hotellet är äldre och de sköter inte om det,samt den gröna omgivningen. Vissa platser på hotellet upplevs smutsiga och nedgångna.

This property is insane. The Villas are extremely well supplied and the room had the most comfortable bed in Thailand (I overslept and missed my ferry!). Private pool, refreshing hibiscus drink on arrival and a one of a kind experince to remember.

We stayed in B306. Room was up to date and very comfortable. Air conditioning was a little hard to figure out but worked great. The bathroom had a urinal and a toilet which was a little strange. The pool area is really great. And there are two different bars, each offering happy hours at different times so that works out perfectly. Perfect location, right in the heart of the village and close to bars, restaurants, and also has direct beach access.

The cleanliness of the room is really not great. I had to clean the surfaces of the bedside table myself and the bathroom needs a really good deep clean. Don’t like that you can’t have your own food and drink by the pool, we’ve paid to use this service, we should be able to use it as we please. Not worth the money we paid at all but I suppose you’re paying for the location as it is in the middle of everything and right by the beach. Also were told someone would be there to greet us to take our luggage to the hotel when we arrived at the port and they were nowhere to be seen, we were also told someone would help us with our luggage back to the port on check out but they also couldn’t do this for us. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

This property is insane. The Villas are extremely well supplied and the room had the most comfortable bed in Thailand (I overslept and missed my ferry!). Private pool, refreshing hibiscus drink on arrival and a one of a kind experince to remember.

We stayed in B306. Room was up to date and very comfortable. Air conditioning was a little hard to figure out but worked great. The bathroom had a urinal and a toilet which was a little strange. The pool area is really great. And there are two different bars, each offering happy hours at different times so that works out perfectly. Perfect location, right in the heart of the village and close to bars, restaurants, and also has direct beach access.

The cleanliness of the room is really not great. I had to clean the surfaces of the bedside table myself and the bathroom needs a really good deep clean. Don’t like that you can’t have your own food and drink by the pool, we’ve paid to use this service, we should be able to use it as we please. Not worth the money we paid at all but I suppose you’re paying for the location as it is in the middle of everything and right by the beach. Also were told someone would be there to greet us to take our luggage to the hotel when we arrived at the port and they were nowhere to be seen, we were also told someone would help us with our luggage back to the port on check out but they also couldn’t do this for us. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Atendimento excelente. O restaurante do resort muito bom. Melhor localização, com fácil acesso a rua principal.
