普爾曼普吉島卡倫海灘度假村

房间有点阴冷和潮湿，早餐是真的难吃，糕点尤其差，热菜还可以，可以自己榨果汁，有点点旧，总的来说还可以，园区非常大，五个游泳池，离海边也近，过马路就是。

酒店環境優美，地理位置優越，服務人員既友善又細心，尤其是整理房間方面，兒童遊戲室設施多種多樣，早餐味道好。

多年來酒店設施如泳池和房間保養不錯，及增設泰國式湯粉麵檔價錢合理值得讚賞方便客人，由其是泳池邊的客人，但是好像變成中國村國内人有點不禮貌如升降機(吸煙)小孩在餐廳(小便)請加強中文警告標語。

酒店是一家很好家庭旅遊的地方，適合一家大小

We travelled with my sister in law's family and booked two rooms, one for 3 days and the other for 4 days, both with breakfast. I explicitly mentioned this to on check-in but they still messed it up. On day 4 after my sister in law's family checked out someone called asking me to check out as well and I told him that I booked 4 days and will check out tmr. Then half an hour later another lady knocked the door and I had to repeat the same words again. Later I found that my key card was not functioning and had to go to reception to re-activate it...next morning when we went for breakfast buffet I was told that breakfast not included in the booking, so I had to go to reception again. I showed the reception lady my Expedia booking on her request and she insisted that it's not in the hotel system and asked me to contact the "travel agent", excuse me??!! After over half an hour back and forth negotiations I finally got breakfast sorted but it completely ruined our last day in Phuket, and we almost missed the van to the airport due to the extra delay. A few other problems: reception originally allocated two rooms in two different buildings for us which is ridiculous; not very responsive on call, I made 5 calls in total and 2 of them not answered; the cleanup staff not professional, forgot to refill the toothpaste once, and broke my wife's eyebrow pencil. This is certainly the most terrible 5-star hotel that I have ever stayed!

Overal is good. But it is too much mainlanders in hotel. And they were disturbing during your stay in hotel.

非常适合全家出游的度假型酒店。

酒店风景非常好，住宿比较舒适，早餐也都不错。酒店最好能够在主街上开一个口子，开车的话绕行太远了。

Hilton at Karon has nice mountain view and lovely garden. Staff are helpful and friendly in general. However, the room size really, really bothers me. I booked a junior suite for 2 nights with USD 250 per night given the information shows its size is 62 sqm which is big enough to accommodate 3 people. When we arrived the room and found its size is just slightly bigger than a regular room. Hotel claims “62” sqm actually includes the balcony (I think it is still smaller). They need to move the sofa to balcony in order to put another single bed, which shows the room is not big. Hotel does have the courtesy offering to refund the full amount. But how can I accept given I have limited options at that time? In the same trip, I stayed 2 nights at Swissotel, Patong. The room (studio suite with 48 sqm) is actually bigger than the one (claims to be 62 sqm) at Hilton, Karon. To sum up, “junior suite” at Hilton, Karon is definitely NOT qualified as a suite in its size and it is overpriced compared to others. Those people traveling with kids must think twice before you make a decision.

位置、环境很好，从后门过条马路就是海滩，还有人帮你拦过往的车。泳池3个，人不多；房间干净，虽不大，但区域划分明确、合理，使用空间大，阳台增加了活动空间。早餐丰富，孩子不单加钱，还有孔雀和像鸽子的鸟。服务没有特别热情与不热情。如果是休闲度假很推荐，如果喜欢热闹和逛街还是住芭东吧

After paying almost $3,500 for a room. The hotel manager racial profiled my dad in the lobby interrogating him with security asking over and over again “what his room number was” after that manager literally helped him find an ATM the same morning. Save your money and just stay at a boutique hotel or airbnb -kaiya Wyse

Staff were great

Impressive grounds and very friendly/ helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with good amenities. The hotel made a real effort to lay on activities for all age groups, which was nice. One star deducted because the hotel was very dated and is in need of modernisation.
