The staff are super and go out of their way to help. They are incredibly diligent, easy to deal with, and always friendly and happy. The room was very clean and cleaned regularly throughout the day. It was also very quiet. The beach is straight across the road, and it’s an easy walk to both the Karon and Kata Beach shops and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay.

The room was dirty. The kleenex box was a million years old. They left used sandals from another guest as hotel sandals and it was infuriating. They left 2 of 4 free espresso pods for us. There were scum streaks on the mirrors and when we went to the front desk to complain they wanted us to tell them how to clean the room. We said no. Its not our job. This is NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. WAKE THE F-CK UP AND RAISE YOUR STANDARDS, IT IS INFURIATING WHEN I

Overall a nice hotel and close to the beach. There were alot of renovations happening to the beach bar area but it was well cordoned off. There were quite a lot of glasses left each night by the pool and also coke cans so it’s not cleaned fully. Breakfast was lovely and good attentive service.

It is a very big property but aging signs are clearly visible . Some how it is not the 5 start property as rated . Food options are good . Beach is right across the road and very serene atmosphere . We stayed in sea facing room which has a very good view .

The Hotel is located approximately a 15 min drive from central Patong and is situated near Karon beach (the property is not actually on the beach as you have to cross a busy public road to enter the beach) - however the location of the property overall was ideal for pursuing various activities in Phuket. The Hotel and rooms were slightly outdated but the property was clean and rooms serviced promptly and given its lower price compared to other 5 star properties in Phuket - the hotel represented good value for money. Point to note is that the service was nowhere near the international standards you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but by Phuket standards (where service as a whole is notoriously poor) the service could be considered above average.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Lef and Aoy from the gym and kids club were wonderful! We will definitely come back and stay at the Pullman again. Highly recommend it.

We loved our stay. Room was beautiful and clean. Room service every day. Restaurant had lovely staff with delicious meals. The spa treatments were out of the world. Gym was very nice. Pool and shop was also nice. Will definitely visit again. Thank you to all the lovely staff

Pros: Quiet resort, had a variety of outdoor pools. Food was quite good. Location is great if you want to be close to the action but not too close to hear the street noise. Cons: Rooms were hazardous with steps in odd places, myself and several members of our large group tripped over the step in the hallway. Bathroom vanity had a weird step up just underneath it which forced us to bend forward in an awkward position while using the vanity. There were large cracks in the concrete surrounding the children’s pool. In the pool my children and I stubbed our feet on some kind of drainage hole that had sharp pointy spots sticking up. The in room dining choices were very limited. The chef in the breakfast buffet spoke about me while I was standing in front of him, not knowing I could understand Thai. Service was average. Bathroom had a leak from the ceiling and also in the hallway. Paint was also cracking on the ceiling above the bed.

L’hôtel utilise les pesticides dans les chambres pour les moustiques, c’est un cauchemar. L’humidité grave et ça sent fort dans les chambres. Les chambres sont dégradées. La literie est de mauvaise qualité. La piscine est fermée pour les travaux. Le restaurant est fermée pour les travaux.
