This was a very large resort hotel. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! They even had a welcome night for guests with champagne, canapés and an invitation to participate in making the largest fruit cake ever! ( not sure when it will be baked - probably marinating in many types of alcohol until Christmas) Nice clean rooms; (the bed was a bit firm but I’m sure if we had asked they would have accommodated with a layer softer); we had a beautiful pool view. The staff was amazing especially Vrugo who seemed to be everywhere! Always smiling, making sure everybody was happy and taken care of. Also Justine - he greeted us every morning at breakfast with a genuine smile and interest in accommodating whatever we needed! I didn’t catch her name but there was a woman staff member at the beach bar/fire show who took exceptional care of my husband and I - she seated us in front and center seats and made us feel very special for the entire evening! (celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary). The beach is across a very busy street; although the hotel provided a nice staff member with a flag at the crosswalk making it safe to cross. The lush landscape and outside pathway lighting was beautiful!

Impressive grounds and very friendly/ helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with good amenities. The hotel made a real effort to lay on activities for all age groups, which was nice. One star deducted because the hotel was very dated and is in need of modernisation.

Room was OK , the food in general was not good . We received poorly cooked meat , and completely burned uneatable nan bread x2 , breakfast area was too busy that we had to go to another restaurant where it was also too busy so we had to wait a for a while to have a breakfast. Entertainment quality was also really bellow any good level.

Great hotel, friendly staff and easy to navigate around the hotel. One complaint of mine that could be changed easily, the lack of gluten free options! Made it difficult, but all in all - a great place.

This resort is stunning. We stayed here for 10 nights, and can genuinely say this was our best hotel expereince. It is a family friendly resort, with lots of activities to keep everyone happy. 5 pools, which are all kepy very clean, and well attended by staff. The beach is just across the road, a word of caution, wait for the security guard to flag down the traffic before crossing. Breakfast was included for our stay, and we felt it was very good, lots of choice, plenty of coffee, and the wonderful staff, who greet you with a smile. As you can hopefully tell we were very impressive with this resort, and the staff who helped make it our home from home for those 10 wonderful nights in Phuket.

The staff are super and go out of their way to help. They are incredibly diligent, easy to deal with, and always friendly and happy. The room was very clean and cleaned regularly throughout the day. It was also very quiet. The beach is straight across the road, and it’s an easy walk to both the Karon and Kata Beach shops and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay.
