Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort

It's a lovely location just across the beach and yet a quieter part of Phuket. The staff is very polite. The breakfast spread was a delight.

What I liked most was the quality of the service received. Staff always with a smile and ready to help.

Had a fantastic stay at the Pullman Resort Karon Beach. Everything was perfect. The room, the beds, the pools, the breakfasts, and most importantly the lovely staff. Planning to go back again.

Very nice resort with great rooms, pool areas were great. Very disappointed in the restaurants, expensive food that caused food poisoning.

Overall not a bad place to stay but the hotel needs a bit of a spruce up and some maintenance to be rated 5 star. With items in the room falling off, getting stuck (all plugs), shower leaking and flooding the bathroom, and lack of tv entertainment unless you join Facebook or Netflix plus outdoor furniture and gardens needing replacement or repair it falls a bit short of 5 star luxury. Room services could be conducted up to 7pm which is not convenient after a day out. The meal prices are very expensive as is anything within the hotel grounds. However, the staff were wonderful and very helpful if you struck the ones that could speak a little English. The location is great and just a short walk across the road to a beautiful beach. Overall, don’t expect it to be a 5 star experience but the location is top notch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Phuket, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. The in-house dining options were impressive, with breakfast at Snail offering a delightful start to the day, and dinner at Thai Thai was equally enjoyable. One of the highlights of our evenings was the live music at the Andaman Lounge, which added a wonderful ambiance to our stay. I highly recommend trying the ravioli at Karon Cafe; it was a standout dish that we looked forward to. The hotel also boasts clean swimming pools and spacious rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. We booked two junior suites, and they were simply brilliant. Overall, our experience at Pullman Phuket was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Price was a biton a higher side but the luxury you enjoy compensates for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't show much interest in going around Phuket as hotel itself was enough

3 star hotel with 5 star prices. No hot or cold towel upon arrival and no water offered. Pool area in poor condition. Towels in bad condition. No live entertainment apart from a bad duo in Andaman lounge 3 nights per week. Spa treatments were good but expensive.

Love the place and the food we had every day. The position of the resort is fantastic, not too far from the Karon main streets where you find lots of nice restaurants , shops and a beautiful Temple!

one of the most amazing places we have stayed in the world. everything was perfect including Pools, restaurants, bars, entertainment, beach cleanliness, staff was perfect, enjoyed the tennis and pickleball area and staff.

Lovely hotel. Some maintenance work currently going in. Food and beverages in hotel are very expensive. Walkable to local food and shopping areas. Excellent location.

Amazing hotel.. go for the seaview, amazing sunset. Easy access to Karon and kata.. staff lovely. Right on beach front.

The property is big and beautifully maintained. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Under renovation in areas so some pools closed, sauna and steam room in gym out of action and noise from ongoing work on ground and first floor. Could have been warned before booking. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.
