DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Sirkeci

hotel itself is good but stay many times but they are always providing different rate (even change with different staff on the same day). Why can't residents have a very clear rate of the meeting spaces and a more ideal payment way? Always like we are not paying the rental and hotel is robbing us.

Last stay this hotel was great. But this time quality reduced too much. They are overcharing the meeting rooms and always gave out different rate by different staff. Staff are reluctant to help customers in every way. It's rainy and I just want to borrow a umbrella, they don't even bother to check and just said not avaialble, and said it's just drizze outside, no big deal. Whatever you asked for, they are reluctant to provide service. And they gave me an accessible room which did not specifically mention before booking, the spec is too weird. And room cleaning almost don't supply any new amenitis, Hilton group is so bad in every city. The tissue are finished, and they just add 4 sheets? 4 sheets only????!!!!!!!! holy crap..

Very closely proximity to metro station. Quite, neat, Hilton always. The only thing is: our room faucet is "hands off touch". When you want water to wash your face, water keeps "run out"... however, 3 am at night, water run itself and woke me up. Weird setting.

nice hotel

The hotel is very well situated easy access. I had a few issues getting to hotel from airport ( CORRUPT TAXI DRIVES BUT THIS IS TURKEY) , I forgot to book breakfast as I had had elderly parents the Manager and staff helped to arrange an alternative solution thank you!!! and for helping to make experience better for us shows dedication and care . The spy and hamam were great!! The staff are professionals, special shout out to Saniya ( dont know if spelt correctly) she was excellent during hamam. One criticism, the staff doesn't respond when asking for water or mugs take long or have to call multiple times. The cleaning could be better for room. The cleaner skipped vacuuming,or wiping down bases. EITHER than that, a good stay and experience. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION IS THE WINNER.

Otel güzel çalişanlar çok nazik

非常に良かったです。受付の方がチェックイン前にも関わらず部屋を準備していただきました。地階のバリマッサージも最高でした。

Wij verbleven in DoubleTree by Hilton Sirkeci van 23/05/2026 tot 27/05/2026. Over het algemeen was ons verblijf aangenaam en was alles netjes in orde. Het hotel is goed gelegen, de kamers waren proper en het personeel was vriendelijk. Wel waren we een beetje teleurgesteld over één punt. Ruim op voorhand had ik het hotel gemaild met de vraag of ze een kleine verrassing konden voorzien omdat mijn neef jarig was tijdens het verblijf. Ik kreeg toen een vriendelijke bevestiging dat dit genoteerd was en dat ze dit met plezier zouden regelen. Jammer genoeg was er uiteindelijk niets voorzien, wat toch een kleine teleurstelling was. Voor de rest hebben we een fijne ervaring gehad in het hotel.

Traveling from the US to Istanbul. Great hotel great service.

위치가 너무 관광지 안쪽이라 교통편이 안좋아 추천하기에는 별로임 대신 지하철역과는 가까움
