萨拉托加酒店, an Ascend Collection Hotel

So close to SPAC. We were there for a concert. They do not offer early check in so don't try. It wasn't a big deal for us. There is a great brewery leas than a mile away. Check in was a breeze, room was clean and bed was comfortable. They do have a running shuttle for SPAC and other area activities, we did not use it. My husband left 2 shirts and surprisingly on our way back thru we stopped in and they had them. That is a first for us. Overall a great stay.

Small intimate hotel-I felt like I was staying at a friend’s condo. All the staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, and the pool was perfect. Ray and Kenny made sure we got to and from SPAC each night!! Hope to see you all again in the future!!! ❤️ Millie’s mom

Adequate Hotel for most.

What a lovely stay!! Small intimate hotel with friendly staff. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s condo vs a hotel. Cheers to Ray and Kenny for driving us to the shows at SPAC and to the breakfast ladies who fed us well. Perfect pool. Perfect location. We hope to visit again in the future!! ❤️Millie’s mom

Mattress in our room was horrible, pool was nice, not extravagant but served its purpose.

Convenient location

Would have given this hotel a higher mark had it been better maintained. There were trash bags and plungers left in the hallways, the rear door was propped open with a rock (big security no no) and our bathroom door had a hole punched though it that they "hadn't had time to fix yet." Note to management, make the time. All the employees we encountered were nice and friendly and the breakfast was good, but overall quite a few notches below excellent and overpriced in my opinion.

Excellent all around hotel. Ken the shuttle driver was awesome. Got us in and around town with no problem. Highly recommend the hotel and Ken's shuttle service

Mostly good, a little outdated and some areas looked to have been not maintained very well. Pool area and pool need a lot of repair, tiles in pool falling off and some areas only repaired with a bad caulking job, pool was very dirty , bottom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime and it had a lot of dead insects floating. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Staff was friendly. Complimentary shuttle to SPAC was great! Facilities were clean. Over all conditions of hotel were poor. Lots of deferred maintenance. The door to our room didn’t close without force. Bathroom sink faucet was not connected. Shower didn’t function properly resulting in poor water pressure.

We attended at concert at SPAC The Hotel Saratoga was a perfect fit for us, it was close by, offered shuttle service, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. We will be back!

Nice 👍 hotel 🏨 a little bit out of the center of town, though offers free 🆓 parking 🅿️, a decent twenty - four hour gym 💪 and a free shuttle to take you back - and - forth into/out of town. Good 😊 breakfast 🍳 with decent room sizes, and a nice 👍 pool 🏊‍♀️ .

Great experience! The shuttle into downtown and the track was so convenient! Staff was very helpful and kind. Pool was nice too!

The Staff working the front Desk have no idea what they are doing! Dont let them have your credit card number! Look somewhere else! Worst credit card experience i have ever had!
