Small intimate hotel-I felt like I was staying at a friend’s condo.
All the staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, and the pool was perfect.

Would have given this hotel a higher mark had it been better maintained. There were trash bags and plungers left in the hallways, the rear door was propped open with a rock (big security no no) and our bathroom door had a hole punched though it that they "hadn't had time to fix yet." Note to management, make the time. All the employees we encountered were nice and friendly and the breakfast was good, but overall quite a few notches below excellent and overpriced in my opinion.

Mostly good, a little outdated and some areas looked to have been not maintained very well. Pool area and pool need a lot of repair, tiles in pool falling off and some areas only repaired with a bad caulking job, pool was very dirty , bottom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime and it had a lot of dead insects floating.

Staff was friendly. Complimentary shuttle to SPAC was great! Facilities were clean. Over all conditions of hotel were poor. Lots of deferred maintenance. The door to our room didn’t close without force. Bathroom sink faucet was not connected. Shower didn’t function properly resulting in poor water pressure.

We attended at concert at SPAC The Hotel Saratoga was a perfect fit for us, it was close by, offered shuttle service, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. We will be back!

Nice 👍 hotel 🏨 a little bit out of the center of town, though offers free 🆓 parking 🅿️, a decent twenty - four hour gym 💪 and a free shuttle to take you back - and - forth into/out of town. Good 😊 breakfast 🍳 with decent room sizes, and a nice 👍 pool 🏊♀️ .

I really like this property. It was well maintained and clean. The lobby and the eating area was nicely positioned to the hotel rooms. The breakfast was very nice and enjoyable. Robin took great pride in keeping the breakfast food stocked and the area clean.
The location of the hotel is perfect to downtown Saratoga Springs, the race track as well as the state park.
The hotel also had a shuttle that was convenient to go back and forth to town, the race track and the casino.
The staff was very friendly.
The ice machine was centrally located and always working!
My only fret was that the beds were too soft.
I would stay here again!
