So close to SPAC. We were there for a concert. They do not offer early check in so don't try. It wasn't a big deal for us. There is a great brewery leas than a mile away. Check in was a breeze, room was clean and bed was comfortable. They do have a running shuttle for SPAC and other area activities, we did not use it. My husband left 2 shirts and surprisingly on our way back thru we stopped in and they had them. That is a first for us. Overall a great stay.

Small intimate hotel-I felt like I was staying at a friend’s condo.
All the staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, and the pool was perfect.
Ray and Kenny made sure we got to and from SPAC each night!!

The room was a little rundown. The grout in the bathroom tile floor is coming out in small clumps. The bathroom threshold (plastic) came loose and was pushed aside to avoid tripping. We received no room service. Checked in on Friday. On Sunday night, I went to front desk to request clean towels. I was told that I’d be “put on the list”. The young man at the desk told me that they had an issue with the laundry. That’s understandable, but my trash wasn’t removed either. We found 1 bath towel in a plastic bag, on the floor, when we opened the door to check out on Monday.
That’s all a shame, because the hotel was in a great spot for both SPAC and the race track. The young ladies at the front desk were very nice. We took advantage of the free shuttle to and from SPAC for a concert. There was a free breakfast in the lobby every morning. I did not have anything, but there were plenty of options.

We loved this hotel! Minor issues of the shower leaking, water getting on the floor and inconsistent pool cleaning. However, shuttle was very convenient and staff were always accommodating and great! They tried their best to fix any issues we had and answer all our questions. Well definitely book again with them!

This hotel is beautiful. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for the fact that they didn’t clean our room. Only because of the gracious housekeeper did we get clean towels for this morning. We were not advised that the rooms only get cleaned every 3rd day which is completely unacceptable.
The staff was perfectly polite. The breakfast was good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, home fries, waffles and assorted bakery items. The pool was perfect. Not very big but great for hot days. We would definitely stay again.

Would have given this hotel a higher mark had it been better maintained. There were trash bags and plungers left in the hallways, the rear door was propped open with a rock (big security no no) and our bathroom door had a hole punched though it that they "hadn't had time to fix yet." Note to management, make the time. All the employees we encountered were nice and friendly and the breakfast was good, but overall quite a few notches below excellent and overpriced in my opinion.

Mostly good, a little outdated and some areas looked to have been not maintained very well. Pool area and pool need a lot of repair, tiles in pool falling off and some areas only repaired with a bad caulking job, pool was very dirty , bottom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime and it had a lot of dead insects floating.

Staff was friendly. Complimentary shuttle to SPAC was great! Facilities were clean. Over all conditions of hotel were poor. Lots of deferred maintenance. The door to our room didn’t close without force. Bathroom sink faucet was not connected. Shower didn’t function properly resulting in poor water pressure.
