It was a pleasure being able to stay at the Gem Premier Hotel. As a solo traveler, the quality of this hotel and the services offered exceeded my expectations for its affordable price and I cannot be more happy with my 8 days 7 night stay! It all starts with.. The staff: all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting the guests with kindness and attention. I would like to especially thank Huy from the front desk for being so generous with you advice and for making great restaurant recommendations! It's always a pleasure coming to your accommodations feeling like you're coming home, greeted with a welcoming smile. An extra bonus is they always seemed to know everyone's names!!! Bonus points! The Tour : I booked a Cruise to halong bay for 3D 2N and Sapa trip 2 days 1 night . My experience was amazing! I met a lot of great people and our guide was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My Sapa Trip was a blast! The homestay experience is unforgettable and had a lot of fun for the whole duration of the trip. The breakfast: The breakfast buffet is incredible and is a nice spread of Vietnamese and Western options. My personal favorite is the fresh fruit assortment which is very refreshing in the morning. It was very convenient to start my days with a hearty breakfast before going about with my day!

I stayed at the gem premier hotel & spa for 4 nights in Sep. After spending a lot of time searching for hotels I decided to stay in town and came across great reviews on this hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly and always willing to help The walk to town took 5 minutes max (people that complain about that are lazy) and The breakfast was amazing and one of the best we had on our trip. They had catered to a healthier diet while still have the donuts and pastries for the people wanting to indulge. The rooms where spacious and clean. They weren't anything spectacular but I didn't spend a lot of time in my rooms. I used the spa 2 times while I stayed as they had a 2 for 1 massage deal which was amazing. It was the best spa I had on my trip.

首先，這是我個人住宿感覺，僅供參考。這家飯店位於巷子裡，而且是單行道，計程車進不來的。我是搭計程車往返機場，因此若是搭巴士，就不建議這間。CHECK IN時，會有招待的水果與飲料，吃完才會讓你入住，櫃台人員會英文。飯店總共四層樓，有電梯。房間是用鑰匙的，外出時要把鑰匙歸還給櫃檯。飯店清潔度還不錯，不過我個人總覺得枕頭套與棉被還有些棉絮的感覺。浴室的乾濕分離是假的，因為根本沒有玻璃門可以關起來，洗完澡馬桶周圍的地板全都是水。水流量還可以，這我不怎要求，但要爽快的淋浴的人可能要失望了。電視可以不用看，因為有些頻道是不清楚的。房間內有張小沙發，但我不敢躺，就拿來放行李。早餐在一樓，大廳在二樓，看MENU用點餐的方式，基本上還不錯。自助沙拉吧我只會拿常溫的果汁而已，牛奶是保久乳，因此我也不喝。此飯店周遭只有一間比較有名的河粉店，其他的都是蛋糕咖啡之類的店家，也有星巴克與中型超市，但想吃正餐的話還真的要走一段路。基本上我都是用來睡覺的，因為只是商務出差，而且是一個人，因此就沒關係。若是跟男女朋友或者小孩的，我覺得可以挑其他地點，因為這價位真的還有其他的選擇。總歸一句，住宿以這價位而言不錯，但並非首選，我下次來也會嘗試去住其他地方。

这是我住过的最棒的酒店。 1、从check in开始，服务员很有礼貌的帮我们收好行李，且为我们送上了免费的果汁及芒果干小吃，并为我们详细的介绍了酒店的各种服务设施以及去古城内游玩的几种交通方式。 2、酒店房间非常漂亮，很有当地的特色，且非常干净。 3、每一位服务员都很有礼貌，这里的spa也不错且价格不贵，另外她们很用心地倾听客户的体验。 4、房间赠送的自助早餐简直太棒了，没想到在这样的小古城能吃到如此美妙的早餐。

第二次去河內，這家酒店與我們的家庭更深刻的印象。這裏酒店的位置在河內的老城的區，周邊有很多餐廳，酒吧很出名，歩行只需五分鐘，我們能夠到達步行街。這條街是遊客很喜歡到的地方因為在這裏地方我們可以看到很多越南的特色和小食。酒店房間非常乾淨，裝飾很漂亮，一絲不苟。在我們的房子，我可以看到河內老城的區很美麗, 特別在晚上。早餐的美食也各有不相同的特色。員工的服務很專業人上人，供獻給客人。再見，一定會再見。

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. The rooms were beautiful and the service was above and beyond excellent. The breakfast is varied with a delicious Pho and includes several breads, cheeses and salami, eggs cooked to your request, and assorted fruit.We also used the spa services and they were very good as well. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

員工態度友善，惜男經理太想推售旅遊行程，弄巧反絕，使我感覺很差，當我未能接受其推介，他立即向我們變臉，語氣也變得不友善。 我只問酒店有沒有機場接送服務和價錢，他回答了接一程需18美元。我並沒有向他落實需要他們接機，因我另有安排，但經理竟在我已出發途中的當天連出兩個電郵說會派車來接我們。最後，因我先前預約的公司，未有出現而使用了酒店的車。雖然，在錯誤中，我們得到接機，但這樣強廹性的服務行為是不能接受的。希望他們有所改善。

当我们第一次踏进这家酒店，才知道什么叫宾至如归。一大早上，我们还睡眼惺忪时，他们就像等了我们一晚上那样精神，迎接我们，嘘寒问暖，端上香薰毛巾和茶饮零食~ 他们好像知道河内和越南所有的事情，并会竭尽全力得向我们说明得一清二楚，不只是哪里哪里景点的介绍，而是他们在分享自己的旅游心得，这点真的很赞！ 酒店本身在闹市里，却是闹市里一条僻静的街道，出行方便而又清净。实木的装修和设施典雅又时尚。

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. The rooms were beautiful and the service was above and beyond excellent. The breakfast is varied with a delicious Pho and includes several breads, cheeses and salami, eggs cooked to your request, and assorted fruit.We also used the spa services and they were very good as well. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

這間飯店位子就在36古街,地點相當便利,附近有很多商店和美食,這間飯店的服務相當周全,基本上旅客需要的服務都已經包括了,甚至在最後要離開的時候,飯店經理還贈送我們小禮物,讓我們感到非常驚喜!!強力推薦~下次還要入住!!

員工態度友善，惜男經理太想推售旅遊行程，弄巧反絕，使我感覺很差，當我未能接受其推介，他立即向我們變臉，語氣也變得不友善。 我只問酒店有沒有機場接送服務和價錢，他回答了接一程需18美元。我並沒有向他落實需要他們接機，因我另有安排，但經理竟在我已出發途中的當天連出兩個電郵說會派車來接我們。最後，因我先前預約的公司，未有出現而使用了酒店的車。雖然，在錯誤中，我們得到接機，但這樣強廹性的服務行為是不能接受的。希望他們有所改善。

当我们第一次踏进这家酒店，才知道什么叫宾至如归。一大早上，我们还睡眼惺忪时，他们就像等了我们一晚上那样精神，迎接我们，嘘寒问暖，端上香薰毛巾和茶饮零食~ 他们好像知道河内和越南所有的事情，并会竭尽全力得向我们说明得一清二楚，不只是哪里哪里景点的介绍，而是他们在分享自己的旅游心得，这点真的很赞！ 酒店本身在闹市里，却是闹市里一条僻静的街道，出行方便而又清净。实木的装修和设施典雅又时尚。
