Everything was good, very clean, the staff are very nice. We got some problems with our room and they were very fast on solving it, nice job. I also accidentally got really sick and had to stay in my room all day and they offer free soup to the room after they found out I was sick from my boyfriend, very lovely people. Their food was very delicious, glad I got to taste it before getting sick loll. Also at first I went to the wrong location, they have 2 locations, same name but the newer one is Central which is this one. The staff helped us get to the hotel which was only 2 mins away of walking. Definitely will come back. ❤️

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming with a smile and helpful throughout our 6 nights of stay. The rooms were cleaned every day and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Min sønn varigjen en natt lenger en mannen min og meg, han fikk med seg en gave til oss fra hotellet, en fargerik, håndlaget lykke-streng med fugler, utrolig varmende.

Honestly, if you are sensitive for sounds, it could be bot best choice , especially the room is the opposite of the elevator. We could hear loud customers talked when they came back. Even one night the neighbor played music and sang loudly like having party at AM 3:00-4:00. However, we appreciated for professional staffs to deal with it and eased our discomfort. We really enjoyed each conversation with staffs and thanks for their cares. The ability to solve PR crisis is the perfect example.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very close to the shops and tourist attractions. One of our connecting rooms on the 2nd level did not have a window at all. The slippers provided were not the disposable ones and they had been used by previous guests.

Hana and staff were amazing! It was my husband's birthday and they went out of their way to make it extra special. The property is clean, in a great location, and service was outstanding. Will definitely be back!

立地が最高に良い。ベンタイン市場、有名なピザ屋さん、高島屋も歩いて行けます。周りにマッサージ店も沢山あります。カフェ、コンビニも沢山あります。スタッフは若いが全員愛想が良いしよく気が付く。文句なしです。ルーフトップバーはこじんまりした感じ。サービスは良く値段も手頃。
スタッフにタクシーを呼んでもらったり、自分達で道で止めたりして何回か使いましたが、すぐ来ますし、捕まるので本当に便利。近距離でも嫌がらないし安かったです(Grabは慣れないので使いませんでした)
部屋の冷蔵庫が冷えず、スタッフにみてもらいましたが、結局なおらなかったのでそこは残念でしたが3泊だったので大丈夫でした。
朝食は種類豊富ですし、皆さんにおすすめできるホテルです。
