Everything was good, very clean, the staff are very nice. We got some problems with our room and they were very fast on solving it, nice job. I also accidentally got really sick and had to stay in my room all day and they offer free soup to the room after they found out I was sick from my boyfriend, very lovely people. Their food was very delicious, glad I got to taste it before getting sick loll. Also at first I went to the wrong location, they have 2 locations, same name but the newer one is Central which is this one. The staff helped us get to the hotel which was only 2 mins away of walking. Definitely will come back. ❤️

Hotel is very nice, in a central location. Breakfast has tons of options every morning. Staff was very helpful and offered to make a ginger tea for my sick friend with food poisoning. The only thing to critique would be the air conditioning unable to adjust the temperature, it was fine at night but may be hot when you get back to the room after a humid day out.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, small boutique hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Our bedroom was spacious but the bed was a bit hard. The staf were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. A fantastic experience all around!

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very close to the shops and tourist attractions. One of our connecting rooms on the 2nd level did not have a window at all. The slippers provided were not the disposable ones and they had been used by previous guests.
