Everything was good, very clean, the staff are very nice. We got some problems with our room and they were very fast on solving it, nice job. I also accidentally got really sick and had to stay in my room all day and they offer free soup to the room after they found out I was sick from my boyfriend, very lovely people. Their food was very delicious, glad I got to taste it before getting sick loll. Also at first I went to the wrong location, they have 2 locations, same name but the newer one is Central which is this one. The staff helped us get to the hotel which was only 2 mins away of walking. Definitely will come back. ❤️

This is a great hotel. Centrally located. A few blocks from Ben Thanh market, but far away to preserve some peace. Breakfast options were good. Staff and service were excellent throughout

Staff, room, and location were excellent. However, there weren’t enough vegan options at breakfast (staff tried to accommodate) so we ate the same food for three days. Also, the rooftop bar was uncomfortably warm (no air conditioning) so we never used it or the pool which was situated in a cramped space.

The rooms and staff are amazing! Anything you need the staff were ready to provide for you and super quickly too! The breakfast was delicious with sooo many options. Also the rooms were super clean and comfortable. We were a group of 3 and the room felt big enough for all of us.

This was our first time staying here and the rooms are great , staff are very helpful and friendly , location is fantastic and could walk to most places . Roof top bar and pool were fantastic . We will definitely stay here again.
