The accommodation was clean, but it took two days to get toilet paper, which was very inconvenient! There was no shower gel or shampoo, so I asked for two days before they were brought to me.The service was not good.

This property is awesome. Quiet and affordable goes a long way.

Clean and very convenient

Everything was really good didn't have any problems checking in even though my plane was late they were able to accommodate me everything is close by for the most part if you wanted to go shopping or go and look at views and stuff

May was a excellent host throughout our 14day stay. Just that water was not warm enough for a shower Not great pots and not enough utensils &dishes

I’m not sure if it’s the in entire property or my specific room but there was a horrible roach infestation they were everywhere under the bed and in the bathroom at one point I killed 4 within 20min I even seen one crawling from out of my shoe after that I couldn’t stay the remaining 2 days I left and checked into a different hotel. This place desperately needs to be cleaned thoroughly firm top to bottom

Don’t say here. The property is advertised as a hotel/apartment. But it’s an apartment that’s being used for short term leases. It’s very difficult to get ahold of the “staff”, where you only message them on WhatsApp and hope they respond. The owners tell you not to talk to the front desk or the security guards and you have to ask them over thirty minutes before hand just to use the pool. Ignorant of all that, the pictures are not accurate of the property and it is extremely dirty with a lot of bugs. We left the property for two weeks to travel the rest of Vietnam and came back to multiple bugs and cockroaches (after the “staff” had cleaned). Do not stay here.

This is Abnb renting, not hotel. Don’t have 24h/7 front desk. Need to make a call for what you want. Phone pick up some times, but not most of call. Also, I could not use swimming pool because need permission from the owner to verify each time to use. Any way, feel not convenient and waste my time for every thing I need when I stayed in this condo..

Overpriced for what you get and way to many ants in the apartment.

Got there and found out reception could not help me get in as it is a private appartments but it was advertised as the reception being able to let us in. Messaged the person who did not respond except to say room was not available. So i never saw or experienced the accomidation so had to rate it as bad. Beware of private appartments it was not very nice to have to find somewhere last minute in a strange country.

This is a scam! They never contacted me by phone, emailed me at 11pm while I was supposed to check in at 2pm

Communication with staff via WhatsApp. The first room I received was outdated with major leaks from air conditioners. It resolved quickly and get to a new room within an hour. The view is beautiful and amenities is great.

This property is absolutely disgusting and very misleading as this is not an appartment as listed this is a Hostel And it is certainly not a 4 star rating in my opion I wouldn’t even classify this to any rating They wouldn’t even refund me the money even though I never stayed here Do not book this apartment as the pictures advertised is a lie They taken my money and would not refund me I am absolutely disappointed with Expedia as they have not assisted me in refunding me my money for this apartment.

The room smelled strongly of Durian and I ended up scrubbing all the walls, floors and furniture. The walls were very dirty. The worst part was there was no hot water. I had stayed in a different room on the floor below and the hot water was fine so they had to have turned it off for this unit. Communication was good until I said there was no hot water, then crickets. I never did get a response concerning the water.

Pool we wouldn't know whoever lets you in to the building 30 minutes notice before you can use the pool. room was clean but had titles lifting up air con did not work correctly This was a very scary experience. We went to check in and we saw a big sign from the government saying no short term stays! There are security guards at the door not letting you in. There is NO reception area as stated by expedia. In fact it was only after we thought about it and called the number on our confirmation someone answered 27 minutes later we were finally let into our apartment which had a feeling of should we really be here? Not to mention while we were sitting outside waiting to let us in the security were watching us that night we went to sleep with a chair against our door. We helped two other couples and told them they had to call their number on their confirmation. It wasn't just us who were very confused with the check in process..... 2 days into our 4 day stay we get a message saying we need to check out ...... to which we respond that we still have 2 days left no response until we follow up and the reply was just ok OK what ???? The end of the story is we booked ourselves other accommodation and one of us went back to get the bags while the other person stayed away with our passports just in case there was an issue with us leaving the building Expeida and trivago you should be ashamed of yourself saying there is a reception area when there is not. If you had made us aware

The place was clean overall, nice shower and not a wet room like other places. Fine for a 3-4 night stay but had signs of minor water leakage near the outside area door\skirting. Lack of soundproofing means some road noise still comes through and I was on the 20th floor. While there are pots\pans, there was no utensils for any sort of cooking so a little pointless.
