The accommodation was clean, but it took two days to get toilet paper, which was very inconvenient! There was no shower gel or shampoo, so I asked for two days before they were brought to me.The service was not good.

Their website said 50% off round airport shuttle. We got just under 50% off arrival, but they wouldn’t give it to us on departure. It was cheaper to catch a grab. The room was nothing like the photos and when I asked for an upgrade, I got no reply. The area was close to most things so we walked, that was good. You have to sign in to use the swimming pool, which we did not know about. Few things missing from the room ( tea towel, broom and forks)

Kept texting when would I arrive but after arriving, didn’t show up for 10 min. Rushed took me to the room and quickly left without giving any instructions. There are multiple elevators to go down and doors to exit but not all let you back in and that info wasn’t provided.
Said the washer was also a dryer, but it was only a washer.
No hand towels except for two bath towels for four days.
Mold on shower doors. Reported but they didn’t respond.
Kept texting me and calling when I was out on a tour and tried to check me out a day early.
Came to the room and took the power access card when I wasn’t in the room.
Very unprofessional and sneaky behavior throughout. Tried to offer booking outside Expedia. There are a lot more nice places around, so avoid this unprofessional place.

I think that they tried to scam us because the apartment that we got was nothing like the pictures of the apartment that was on the booking site! We got an apartment that was old and dirty, the doors to the balcony was broken so you could hear everything from the outside and several other things in the apartment was also broken like door handles. And one of the toilets could not flush out! We were so disappointed that we left the same day and went to another place

This is not so much a hotel, as a group of privately owned apartments in a high-rise. The studio was of a sufficient size and well appointed, great view, and the kitchenette and washing machine came in handy. The bed was not the best, but certainly not the worst we experienced while traveling in Vietnam. It is in a neighborhood where there are many, very cheap eateries, street food. But if you prefer something a little more upscale you need to use Grab to go into District 1 where there are hundreds of restaurants, and it is not very far away. there are three markets, a pharmacy and restaurant on the grand floor of the building. The pool on the seventh floor was great. I would recommend this rental. But not if you want to be in the center of things, it’s somewhat off the beaten track but an easy couple of dollars away to anywhere on Grab
