旅館地點非常好，如果只住一日，個人建議可選擇此旅館。如果像我住了四日，還是選擇The Parkgate Hotel. 從第三日啟，個人都是自購咖啡、茶包、牛奶及盥洗用品等，因為都要向旅館櫃檯索取，十分不便利。但這算是另類的環保概念吧！

The view is marvellous. There was Bonfire night in Cardiff, we can see beautiful firework in the room.

The room was large, with a comfortable bed. The staff friendly, particularly at breakfast. Plenty of choice for breakfast, both hot and cold. Was in Cardiff for a show at the arena, and this was a perfect location.

Computer system was down for the two days. Booked for two nights but had to double check to make sure because overheard guests saying people trying to get into their rooms . Massive queue out of the door to check in . Room was basic but clean

check in was a night mare took over 2 hours for us to be checked in the rooms that were allocated to us had other people staying in them when we went up to the rooms. They didn't seem to know what rooms where available, Id booked in for 2 night they only had me down for one night. Over all it was a terrible experience not too sure if i want to stay there again.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Great breakfast choices.

Parking when booking the hotel it don,t say anything about extra charge for the parking check in was a unbelievable the staff did not seem to know what was going on. I got sent to 3 rooms which already had people in before i got a room. It took over 2 hours to get checked in . I don,t think i will be staying there again.

Wouldnt let anyone check in before 3pm leaving a large queue and long wait to check in. Everything was nice but nothing exceptional. Ok for price paid.

Awful experience, the check in queue extended out the door. It took 45 minutes to check in. Several people in the queue were checking in again as they walked into other peoples rooms. I recommend avoiding this hotel

The room was large, very clean, however it was freezing, no heating in the bathroom either. Check in was a nightmare, issues with the IT system, caused double bookings, staff were floundering about didnt have a clue how to deal with the ever growing guests arriving to check in. They didnt tell us what the issue was, we only found out due to a frustrated guest. It was on par with a delayed flight with no information. I ended up packing up and going home after spending 2 hours freezing in the room. Driving around Cardiff, the hotel was hard tonfind the parking is tucked in off the main road you wouldnt know it was there unless you had been before, not well sign posted at all. I ended up parking in St Mary's car park, which was a good 5 minute walk from the hotel. All in all it was a very stressful day/evening and I wouldnt put myself through it again.

For the price we paid for the room we were disappointed. Looks old and not cosy. The bed is terrible, didn’t sleep well. The bathroom sink had a drainage issue. Premier Inn down the road is so much better so we won’t be using Radisson again

Room was clean and comfortable.

Gentlemen on reception was very helpful, room a good size, shower was fabulous. Nreakfast was very tasty.

Maintenance issues in the room - the Aircon, though turned off, was making loud noises throughout the night... resulting in a very poor night's sleep. The standard of the fittings in the room wasn't good, the table was so stained and marked - it looked like it had been stood outside and used as a garden table.

Wasn’t the cleanest (mainly bathroom, especially extractor), very marked headboard, sheets didn’t really fit the bed, chunk of carpet missing by cupboards, safe broken, faux leather furniture showing a lot of wear, impersonal check out experience, small amount of tea/coffee in room but well rectified by team, poor tv channel selection Wasn’t an unenjoyable experience but wouldn’t be rushing back to stay again

The room was fine but breakfast was a shambles. Hot food not being replenished on a regular basis. Guests waiting up to 20 minutes

Two little complaints: automatic door closer mechanism stopped wardrobe door opening fully and therefore access to drawers in our room. And the lead on the hair dryer was too short to allow us to look in a mirror during its use. But those are just little moans. We had a lovely time, all told. Staff were great and very helpful, breakfast was ample, bed was very comfortable, and the view from the 15th floor was great. Also excellent location for the railway station and for the town centre.

Room neglected. Mix of furniture, stains on the carpet, Check in, shambles. Only one person on the desk, person in front had an issue, took over 20mins to get sorted. Breakfast also poor, cheap produce. Car park a joke, only one way in and one way out, when we arrived2 x cars leaving, it was like a Mexican Standoff. Shambolic
