This is priced as a premium hotel, the experience was not! Room was ok, no hairdryer! Had to ask for ice and lime in GnT. Bar staff didn’t really understand concept of a well served drink. Breakfast was awful! We came down 1.5 hours into a 3 hour service. There were no pastries, no bread, no butter, a few stale bits of a fryup. Cheap products used, the only juice left was watered down. It appears they did add some additional fried breakfast items, but people left queuing and getting nothing. Nothing to lose was replenished in the 30 mins we were at breakfast. People were in disbelief, staff didn’t seem to care. Was going to leave feedback on leaving but the staff who were chatting to each other were not interested and didn’t ask how our stay was or even say goodbye as we checked out. A very expensive let down. Will never go back! Premier inn zip at £25 a night supreme to this place!

Room was lovely and the beds really comfortable. However, the bar/lounge in the evening was chaos. Got given the wrong drink, several glasses got smashed behind the bar. We ordered sweet potato fries as a side with our meal, when they didn't arrive with the rest of the food we asked and were told they didn't have any and 'would normal fries be okay?'

not as good as excpected, for a 4 star and price not very good bars close, restraunt closed only bar food. and noisey air con. even when it was off still made sounds. wont be staying again

Absolutely disgusting check in. As someone who has stayed at this hotel since it opened I jav3 never experienced such an ordeal. Our room had been checked out to someone with a 'similar namee. We waited 30 mins to get it sorted during which I had to argue that I had pre booked breakfast. The queue to check in behind us was out the door onto the street. Absolute shambles this place has gone downhill massively

Clean room, lovely hotel and good products

I was delighted to be recognised as a VIP member and was upgraded – thank you very much. Unfortunately, the room to which I was upgraded had not been cleaned properly – the bin was still full – there was no coffee – two of the lightbulbs didn’t work, so I asked to be relocated and was relocated to 1905. My new room was lovely – usual faultless service from Radisson. I noticed it took housekeeping over 36 hours to go and empty the bin. I left outside 1907.

Room and toilet was clean and good size. Only downfall was 2 single beds together that moved really easily

Except the bathtubs was too high for seniors

Not a great experience overall. A catalogue of errors BUT, the floor manager truly understood hospitality and went to great lengths to put things right. The rooms were lovely and very relaxing. Bar staff - one great snd one atrocious (could not bother to turn around abd snapped at me when i duggested

Staff were friendly but the room was outdated with marks/stains on the walls and curtains. The bathroom was refurbished and was nice but the rest of the room needed to be refreshed including the bed/mattress. Location was excellent

The room was lovely, a little disappointed when waking in the morning to see we had a side view of the city, not full view as expected and advertised. Also- the door between rooms is definitely not sound proof! Empty Beer bottles were left in the corridor for 24hours (from another room). Breakfast was good.

Was first of all given a disabled access room, then after I requested a room change was given another room with twin beds not a double bed. No ceiling lights in the room so lighting was awful and air con did not work. Not impressed

I couldn’t have wished for anything better because as soon as i walked in the the hotel i was greeted with a friendly smile by your staff

Stain on floor in room. Damage to inside of bathroom door Usb changing socket did not work. Air con in room very disturbing at night-time. Not usual Radison blu quality

Tired room. Carpet had raised areas. Lose tiles in bathroom. No hair dryer. Broken conditioner dispenser. Only decaf coffee. Not clean.

Awful dirty and smelly room. Very shabby and unclean. Would not stay again. Service poor as well. Didn’t try breakfast as we didn’t want to put ourselves through more misery.
