Very clean roomy great bed very comfy

Room was spotless and so clean

Having to stream the tv through the phone is too complicated for an older person not good with technology. Having a normal tv set up would be better. Also there is virtually no parking nearby to pick up guests without walking

Room was above a noisy generator that was running from midnight onwards for hours. Could not get to sleep. Diesel fumes were coming into the room from the two large exhausts just below the windows. This was room 115. Will not be back and won’t send my staff back there unfortunately. Otherwise, place was clean and staff were friendly.

Small bed dishwasher was tiny and difficult to use … it didn’t fit the plates provided in it. Tv in bedroom didn’t connect to live tv as it dropped out continuously unless holding the cable in. No opening windows for fresh air.

Very handy location, clean facilities. Very suitable for an overnight stay in Canberra.

The Hotel didn't answer the phone for over 40 mins, I was then cut of twice when I rang back. There is no parking outside the hotel and you are unable to access parking until you have checked (counter intuitive and very annoying) On checking in, the staff member was surly and ambivalent to say the least, will definitely not stay there or at an Adobe by choice again.

Whilst I enjoyed the actual accomodation, comfort bed, kitchen and washer and a lovely clean bathroom, there were two issues. When I booked I explained I wanted parking. I was told there was ample parking and nothing further was discussed on that issue. I booked in good faith. Clearly when I arrived, parking was not booked and was not provided either. There is no parking in the streets (or very little if you are lucky enough to find any). I parked in the high rise parking building about 2 mins away but found it locked when I went to drive away and not open until 8am. Again, it was locked when I eventually returned. No entry at all! My other issue: not able to locate my watch charger when I got home, it was confirmed after a phone call that I had left it in the room and the staff would post it to me at a cost of $20.00!! I have a business which operates on postage and I am very familiar with the costing of postage. I live in Sydney and the cost to post would be approx less than half that cost. Oh well, I’ll cop that one on the chin but overall whilst I cannot negatively rate the accommodation, the parking is a very big issue. I will not stay there again!

Did not stay. No parking available as per advertised in the booking listing. After a stressful day of hospital waiting, to get into the underground carpark to find no parking. Asking reception was told this needs to be booked. Had to go elsewhere and request refund through Expedia and get the hotel to allow this cancellation. Parking needs to be made clear through booking process.

There were no towels in the room and no one at reception during the night to request any. The toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. The TV only supports chrome cast with not even simple free to air channels.

We stayed in a Wheelchair Accessibilty room. Perfect for my sister. Loved to be able to get a reserved car parking space, that we were able to get fo our room via lift. Had trouble with TV, which looked like someone before us had reset it or something ,. this was fixed by staff .Young girl at Reception was lovely, very helpful and accommodating .Hotel was close to Hospital., why we came.

Only problem was no parking available due to limited spaces

Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable & soft. Would recommend!

So clean, quiet and comfy. The room had everything we needed. Would stay there again.
