Parking was easy access, the staff were very helpful. I'd left my phone charger behind and received a phone call 5 or 10 mins after we'd handed in the key, we were on our way to the train station to go on the Kuranda Scenic Railway trip so the lovey lady held my phone charger in the office with my name on it so I could collect it on our return. I was very grateful. Thank you 😊

We had a wonderful holiday. Rooms are clean, generous size, beds are comfy. Special treat in the morning free coffee, juice and scones in the motel lounge. Washing machine is very handy. Great place to stay. Can recommend it. 🙏 thanks

Stayed one night before getting our Motorhome in Cairns. It’s a motel style not far from anything. The room was ok and the pressure of the shower was the amenity we enjoyed most. It’s a bit dated but clean and tidy. If you’re looking for a good budget stay, it’s definitely worth a try. Appreciate their free scones, tea and coffee for breakfast. Don’t miss it.

Terrible! very old ,extremely noisy, the bed was very cheap and uncomfortable, smells bad, toxic chemicals they used for the room, for sure the owner writes the reviews. This is not even a one star hotel.

Parking at the property is not sufficient to cater for all the guests. You need to get in early or park in the street (sometimes several streets away).
On the weekend the room had not been fully serviced, only the wastepaper basket had been emptied.

Friendly staff. Close to bus stop to go to the city or Palm Cove. Has pool for the kids and a bbq in the yard. Internet was a bit slow in our room. Mattress was also a bit old. But overall good value for the money.
