It exceeded our expectation. Fully renovated. Our room was clean and well presented. Free breakfast. Helpful staff. Car parking is challenging when you have a bigger car but we managed to park with no issues as we arrived early and not many cars at the car park.

To be honest, I don’t know why this hotel can be ranked as 4 stars. It’s like a 2/3 stars hotel. The hotel is old, the car park spaces are tight, insufficient lighting in the room and there is no lift. The photos in Expedia are definitely after editing. I will not suggest this hotel to my friends.

Dieses Hotel ist in einem Sehr schlechten Zustand. Am Nachttisch seitlich klebten alte Getränkereste. Haare vom Gast vor mir befanden sich auf dem Kopfkissen. Schränke sind defekt. Die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage war defekt. Ich kann jeden nur vor diesem Hotel warnen. Das war mein erster und letzter Besuch bei dieser Hotelkette.

Guten Tag, ich habe mich von Anfang an in ihrem Hotel nicht wohl gefühlt. Der Herr am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich. Von außen sah das Hotel erst mal ganz gut aus. Je weiter ich jedoch ins Innere gekommen bin, war ich mehr und mehr erschrocken. Über den schlechten Zustand der Zimmer sei es wegen mangelnder Reinigung oder wegen kaputter Einrichtungsgegenstände. Beim duschen stellte ich dann noch fest, dass das Wasser nicht richtig abläuft und beim Zähneputzen wackelt er der Wasserhahn auf dem Waschbecken hin und her. Der Teppich war ekelhaft dreckig der Nachtschrank war seitlich mit einer klebrigen Flüssigkeit behaftet. Ich habe dann an der Rezeption ein anderes Zimmer angefordert, da mein Zimmer ein sehr schlechten Zustand war. Dieses Zimmer war jedoch noch schlimmer, denn auf dem Kissen waren noch Haare des Gastes vor mir. Kurz und knapp. Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel so gerekelt dass ich noch nicht einmal das bezahlte Frühstück in Anspruch genommen habe und lieber am Bahnhof etwas gegessen habe. Das war das Schlimmste Hotel meiner Australien Reise ich, ich war sehr enttäuscht. Noch einmal werde ich bei dieser Hotelkette kein Zimmer buchen. Vielen Dank, dass ich meine Kritik an Sie weiterreichen durfte. Vielleicht lernen Sie ja da draus und machen demnächst Gast den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel etwas angenehmer. Für mich erhält dieses Hotel maximal einen Stern. Aber nur, wenn man einen Stern vergeben muss. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Marian Lätsch, ein sehr enttäuschter Gast.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were a little worried having read the reviews but we found our room to be ok. The bathroom however was a bit grimey and the shower head did not stand once the shower was turned on. The bed was comfortable, hairdryer was good as was the iron.
